Holiday house Miramar by Ericeira

Holiday house Miramar by Ericeira is a new, modern and particularly
spacious residence, from which it is only 5 minutes to Ericeiras'
centre by car and 15 minutes walking. The bus terminal, which provides
direct transport to Lisbon, is in walking distance as well. As
mentioned before, with its 200m^2, the house is very spacious and
encloses several balconies with a marvelous view over the sea.
The backyard includes a terrace as well as several seating facilities.
The place was furnished in a very modern way and is excellently
equipped, as for example the kitchen, which comes with plenty of
dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave, an oven, a washing
machine, als well as a Dishwasher. More importantly the residence
includes both one suite with a queen-size bed, as well as two other
rooms with one full-size bed each. Moreover there will be the option
of a Bed sofa if needed. The suite holds a private bathroom with a
bathtub, while the other two bedrooms share another fully equipped
bathroom. Each bedroom comes with a large closet.The living room,
which is directly connected to the kitchen, is 60m^2 big and comes
with a big TV and, once again, plenty of seating facilities. Overall
the house allows for a very pleasant atmosphere and relaxing stay for
you and your companionship.
If the Internet connection is of great importance to you you will be
pleased to find a highspeed 500 mbts/s network!
Parking will be not a problem since the space infront of our gate
aswell as the street itself always provides a parking spot.
Please take into consideration that smoking is unfortunately not
allowed in the entire area in respect of future guests. Additionally
you have to respect the orders of noise regulation inbetween 11pm and
7am .

Since January 2019, the city council of Mafra have a mandatory
occupancy tax that has to be payed in cash at the check-in ( From 1
May to 31 October : 2,20€ per person per day, from 1 November to 30
April : 1,10 €, charged only in the first 7 days for both seasons ).
Children under 12 are free of charge.

- According to the Portuguese law that aims to stop human trafficking
and other illegal practices, at check-in we are obliged to ask you for
your personal details (such as home address and identity number /
passport ) to send them to SEF, our Immigration and Borders Services
within 3 days after your arrival.
