La Villa Terra Mar est située sur un grand terrain avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.



La maison dispose d'un vaste espace extérieur avec une piscine accueillante, idéale pour se rafraîchir pendant les chaudes journées d'été. Le barbecue et le coin repas offrent un cadre idéal pour les repas en plein air avec la famille et les amis.

The House was easy to find and exactly as described! Beautiful View and has everything one could need. Communication with Paulo was fast and he gave us a lot of recommendations for the Area. The Property is very private with it's own little Pine Forest. We really enjoyed the stay and can definitely recommend!

Stunning Villa. Such a lovely villa in a great location, 5 minutes in the car to centre of Ericeira where lots of restaurants are alongside beautiful cobbled streets. We had the pool heated on our stay which was lovely as weather took a turn and we could still enjoy everything. The booking was simple and communication was great before and during the stay. 19/05/24

We had a fabulous week here with our family. The villa has breathtaking views and lots of outdoor space. We were spoilt for choice as to where to eat/sip wine, look at the view. Nice clean pool which the children loved. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Good WiFi and AC though we didn’t need it as the house is nice and cool. We would definitely recommend the Villa to others.

Stunning, peaceful location. We had a fabulous week here with our family. The villa has breathtaking views and lots of outdoor space. My family and I had a wonderful stay at the villa

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa is located on a beautiful plot and the view of the ocean is simply miraculous. One feels like one is in the middle of nature. But still you can drive to Ericeira town in less than 5min. (For all the surfers: it is technically possible to walk down to Riberia d'Ilhas). So the location is great! The villa is very cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed using the Barbecue. The villa is big enough to host 8 people, so I highly recommend visiting with friendsfamily. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming again! 31/10/2023

The beautiful location peace and solitude. Overall, the Villa was lovely. We especially liked the glassed-in sun-room and barbecue area. Facilities were good, but needed some attention (see what can we improve) 21/06/24 The Villa was a bit tired. There were repair issues that needed sorting (we have given a list). Cleanliness was Ok, but our sheets, although washed, were stained and I had to wash out the kitchen cupboard which smelled. Apart from that, nothing.

When we arrived at the spot, we instantly felt the calmness and enjoyed the view and sound of the ocean. The house was very clean upon arrival, beds were covered with soft coton fabric, soft bath & pool towels were present. We received a very nice welcome-gift from Allure Villas and they provided a large tablecloth, some kitchen towels and other kitchen utilities. We practically lived outside for the whole week! The large dining and living room inside are redundant when the weather is nice. The glass covered porch with a good lounge set was the place to be (especially if it was windy), the covered dining area (with BBQ and sink, nearby the kitchen) is also a big plus! The pool area is large, everybody found his ideal spot, and the pool is perfectly designed (with a slog lane) if you want to sit with your feet in the water and enjoy reading or sipping from a glas of wine. The children enjoyed swimming in the pool and the table tennis! The kitchen is not that big but well equipped and was perfect to cook during our stay. The large fridge and freezer were very convenient. The beds were good (new mattresses?), there is more than enough closet space and plenty of hangers! The bathrooms are large. Airco was much appreciated at night as the weather was sometimes really hot during the day. You can really walk to the ocean & beach! But "smear your legs" before returning :)And thank you Paulo, you were the perfect villa manager!

Villa Terra Mar August 2023

The villa is in an great position close to the lovely surfing beach of Ribeira D'Ilhas. Good family accommodation -not luxurious but comfortable. Lovely wrap around conservatory to enjoy the sunsets from and we loved barbecuing on the terrace and watching the amazing sunsets. The villa is in a nice peaceful location but easily accessible to the town and shops. There is a great sushi restaurant-Sushi Mish Mish which is in walking distance of the villa and also a good bakery and cafe who supplied us with a lovely birthday cake whilst we were there. It was great to have some board games available to play and also plenty of different places to sit around the house inside and outside so everyone could spread out and relax. The villa rental company was good and whenever we had a problem Paulo was great and sorted it out quickly. He answered all our questions before the trip and during the holiday too and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and markets, shopping etc. This made a real difference to our holiday. Kitchen needs updating. Cupboards not very functional (the corner one isn't really useable) and more food storage space is needed. Oven needs replacing soon and a new kitchen sink (it leaks if filled up). Also new kitchen baking trays and utensils . Everything is old and was slightly dirty when we arrived in the kitchen and needed cleaning before being used to cook. If you like to cook (we do !) then it's a bit sad to use old utensils on holiday. In the master bathroom the silicone seal on the shower needs replacing -it doesn't work anymore and the shower leaks whilst being used, so the floor needs to be mopped after every shower. More parasols needed for shade -1 isn't enough for a family of 6. A booklet with advice for the local area would be nice with some ideas of places to visit.

Super villa pour passer du bon temps!

La villa est ultra spacieuse et super bien équipée pour relaxer au bord de la piscine, dehors autour du bbq ou dans la salle de séjour. Le manager et la compagnie sont très attentionnés et toujours prêts à aider. La location, tout près de Ericera, est parfaite. 16/09/24 Les lits ne sont pas très confortables, et comme c’est une villa pour location de longue durée, je pense que ça ajouterait beaucoup de changer les matelas pour quelque chose de plus douillet et mettre deux lits queen.

Mooie locatie met een geweldig uitzicht

Mooie locatie met een geweldig uitzicht. Veel ruimte in en om het huis , fijn zwembad en alles was netjes en schoon. Mooie surfspots op diverse plekken. Prettig ontvangst door de host, fijne communicatie en wat een leuk welkomstpakketje! Ook heel fijn dat er een wasmachine is om tussendoor de handdoeken te wassen. Een tip: bij de Lidl op 7 minuten autorijden (een auto heb je zeker nodig) is alles verkrijgbaar en niet duur! Wij willen absoluut een keer terugkomen!

De villa was even mooi in het echt als dat die op de foto's was, Voor aankomst ook al goed contact gehad met de eigenaar die gelijk een lijst stuurde met allemaal leuke restaurants en plekken in de buurt van het huis. Bij aankomst een leuke bak gevuld met borrels. Vlakbij-liggende dorpje Iriceira is ook heel gezellig.
