Welcome to Pastures View - one of the finest and largest dog friendly properties on The Bay Filey - featuring downstairs bedroom, shower room, huge kitchen, balcony, patio, log burner and stunning master suite - this is truly a special home from home and really is suitable for "something special". New to the current owners in 2024 this is a real family holiday home. The owners have recently included a sofa bed to the master suite allowing it to sleep 10.
Enter Pastures View through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks storage. Off the hallway is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room.
Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, range hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people which leads to the stunning lounge area with log burner, multiple large comfortable sofas and chairs with bifold doors onto the large patio with seating, bbq and amazing access to The Meadows edge.
The owners provide low level fencing for your furry friends not to escape the patio. This must be put away at the end of your stay (if you use it)
Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite with a super-kingsize bed, with an ensuite shower room (refurbished in April 2024), seating area with bifold doors onto the balcony with views to The Meadows and beyond - including a glimpse of the sea. There are 2 further bedrooms one as a double and one as a twin with single beds - these share a large family bathroom.
There's a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles.

-Spacious kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need for a self catering break
