Welcome to Baywatch and Baydream - A stunning combination of two cottages about a 8 minute walk apart
Both cottages are owned by Jeremy and family so by booking the two cottages together guests can sleep up to 13 and save money against individual bookings
BAYWATCH
Welcome to Baywatch - Beautiful, light and airy coastal cottage in a quiet part of The Bay Holiday Village - ideal for family holidays - with stunning balcony and views of Filey Bay and onto The Brigg.
Baywatch has been a private holiday home and is now ready to welcome its first guests in August 2023!
Enter into a luxurious spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead is a large kitchen / lounge diner with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break including a large fridge / freezer with bifold doors offering access to the patio and view!
There is also an excellent dining space off the kitchen, with extended oak dining table seating 6 with bifold doors to the patio,
Across the diner, there is a comfortable lounge with luxury sofas, seating and large SKT TV (with sports included). There is a lovely log burner available in the lounge area and this is available to use November to March - this is not available in April to October due to the excessive heat generated and the bi-fold doors. (guests wanting to use this must supply own logs)
Free unlimited fast fibre wifi throughout. There is also a downstairs wc under the stairs.
Upstairs there's a large galleried landing, with 2 stunning bedrooms sharing a balcony (with seaview) each with their own en-suite shower room and bifold doors - an amazing view to wake to. There is also a large twin room with its own en-suite shower room.

Welcome to Baybreak - A stunning detached cottage near the entrance to the village on the popular Seaford Avenue.
Refurbished throughout in late 2024 / 2025 - featuring new fitted kitchen, en-suite, redecorated throughout, new sofas and new carpets this is a lovely holiday home.
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a large kitchen (new) diner / lounge with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break.
There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 7 with French doors to the patio
The lounge area is stunning with 2 large comfortable sofas and a log burner (bring your own logs) and wall mounted SMART TV. Across the hall there is a WC.
Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with the master having a shower room ensuite (refurbished December 24) and a further double and twin room (the twin room has bunks to allow sleeping 7). There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over.
Baybreak is a beautifully decorated large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!
