"Our family had a rest in...

"Our family had a rest in this house in the summer of 2012. The house description on a site completely represents the facts. It is very cozy house, equipped with all necessary for comfortable life. From 4 adults and two children it was very convenient to our family. Especially it would be desirable to note a fine terrace and very green and well-groomed territory near the house. The house is located in walking few minutes from the sea with a huge sandy beach, with a flat entrance in the sea that is convenient for children and crystal-clear water. Not the smaller attention is deserved by the hosts who were very lovely and friendly people who hospitably accepted us in the house, is very attentive and sympathetic treated all our requests, and also with pleasure gave advice about life and travel in this region."

Wir haben uns fĂŒr Terracina entschieden da es zwischen Neapel und Rom liegt. Das HĂ€uschen liegt am Rand von Terracina. Es ist umgeben von einem gepflegten Garten. Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Marco hat uns vor Ort begrĂŒĂŸt und uns alles gezeigt. In dem kleine HĂ€uschen ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Besonders hat uns die Terrasse gefallen. Da es noch recht warm war, verbrachten wir die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse wen wir vor Ort waren. Auch das nĂ€here Umfeld lĂ€dt zu AusflĂŒgen und SpaziergĂ€nge ein. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war problemlos. Wir kommunizierten ĂŒber Fewo App.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia qualche giorno presso questa struttur: mai vista una casa cosĂŹ attrezzata!!! C'era tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno e anche di piĂč. Perfetta per una famiglia numerosa come la mia. Bellissimo il terrazzo che si puĂČ chiudere e lo si puĂČ godere anche nelle giornate di pioggia. Vicinissima al mare, ci possono andare anche i ragazzini a piedi da soli. Il proprietario gentilissimo e cordiale. Ci tornerei e la consiglio

Very nice!

First of all I'd like to thank Marco and Giovanna for their hospitality! Thank you so much for your kindness, attention and help. Our dear hosts met us to explain all details about the house and the area and prepared for us welcome set (local fruits and homemade wine), that was very unexpected and pleasant. Few words about location and villa itself: the house is located between San Felice Circeo and Terracina, very quiet area with a lots of other houses and campings.The house is not big but it's very well equipped and has all necessary to feel yourself like home for me, my husband and our daughter. It was advantage that there was outside summer shower to wash out the beach sand. The kitchen was very comfortable to cook: pans, plates, glasses and cutlery was provided. Also we had plenty of towels and bed linen for change. As to the beach it was really about 150 meters away and it took us 2 minutes by walk to reach it. The beach was sandy and probably because of September it was a little bit littered and has no shower, but lots of African people that wanted to sell everything. Although they were not very importunate. The entrance to the sea was sloping and very comfortable for our child. I should say that Marco supplied us everything for the beach (chairs, umbrella, beach toys for child, etc) so we had no need to worry about. On the evenings we used to prepare BBQ (the set was also provided by hosts) with fresh sea fish and sea food that is possible to buy in the nearest pescheria (fish market) that was situated in 2 km away. As to the entertainments they were few. We find a small park in SF Circeo with carousels on the first week but the next week it was already closed. To find good restaurants you should better visit SF Circeo or Terracina. There were couple of them nearby but we didn't visit them. For food you'd better visit hypermarkets Lidl or Coop in Terracina or MD on the way to Terracina. But if you want to buy just water and bread it is OK to visit SISA (local supermarket 5-7 minutes by walk on the left of the lane). But it seemed that the goods were more expensive there. The car is not only recommended, but I should say necessary. Thanks to it we managed to visit SF Circeo and its Faro,Sabaudia,Terracina,Sperlonga, Itri, Gaeta and many other things. To visit Rome we used train. I would recommend this place and this house to everyone who prefers to change lazy days to active travel during vacation.

"My family (2-4 adults and a 3-year old kid) had very pleasant vacations (September 2013) in this house just in two-minute walk from the beach in the quite neighborhood. The house is clean and nice, equipped with all your need to live like at home. Bedrooms are small but well-furnished. The kitchen is spacious with lots of tableware of various size mostly in very good condition. I would prefer to have an electric oven as I am not get used to the gas-fired one and all my three attempts to make a simple pie failed, but this might be my personal limitation. With regards to washing machine (there was a vicious testimonial where it was mentioned): something wrong with its front door and it took a while to learn how to close it properly but when closed the machine works and works well. It is very convenient to have two bathrooms with the one located outside the house – you are able to take a shower after the beach and not to bring sand inside the house. The terrace (large and finely decorated) and backyard (small but green - thanks to automatic watering system in place - and well-planned) are also big pluses. We did not buy any toy or special home stuff for the child as we found everything we needed and more on site! Hosts are really friendly and very helpful – they tried their best to address all the questions/requests promptly and were very flexible. Few notes on the house vicinity: - For people sensitive to mosquitoes – there were lots of them in September and we had to use repellents with strong smell to enjoy dinner at the terrace; - You hear your neighbors very well as if we all live in the one apartment building; - In this season all the local beaches were public; the neatest private beach was in 2 km as minimum. So, those who wanted to enjoy really clean beach and all amenities of the private beach would go their by car or by bicycle. To be honest the only thing that made me unhappy during this holiday was the condition of the nearest public beach – it was more littered that I expected especially during the season. It is very convenient to have two bathrooms with the one located outside the house – you are able to take a shower after the beach and not to bring sand inside the house. The terrace (large and finely decorated) and backyard (small but green - thanks to automatic watering system in place - and well-planned) are also big pluses. We did not buy any toy or special home stuff for the child as w"

Villino posto in ottima p...

Villino posto in ottima posizione a circa 150 metri dal mare, la spiaggia (libera) Ăš grande e mai molto affollata. Il villino Ăš completo di tutte le attrezzature di cui c'Ăš bisogno: pentole e posate, biancheria, forno a microonde, sdraio e lettini da utilizzare nel giardino (non grandissimo ma molto curato) e sdraio, lettini e ombrelloni da portare al mare. Ci sono anche due biciclette disponibili per andare a fare la spesa e un posto auto. I proprietari sono disponibili a dare consigli o risolvere qualsiasi problema si dovesse presentare. Mi sento veramente di consigliarlo a coppie con bambini ma anche a persone che amano la tranquillitĂ  o che hanno animali (se volete portare con voi il vostro animale, perĂČ, contattate i proprietari prima di prenotare il soggiorno).

"This is very nice house ...

"This is very nice house near the sundy beach. I spent three wonderful weeks here with my family. The house is very cosy and we felt here like home. There are a suppermarket and a fish shop in the area where you can buy all of you need. Also there is a tennis club in a walk distance. If you stay here you will want to come back. "Me, my wife and two kids...

"Me, my wife and two kids had a wonderful vacation in this house in the first half of September 2011. The house is located between San Felice Circeo and Terracina, closer to San Felice, 1.5-2 hours drive from the airport Roma Fiumicino and 100 meters far from the sandy beach. This is a very convenient location for exploring the coast of Odysseus and Latina. The whole area of the village is closed to entry of foreign cars and safe. Many supermarkets and restaurants in 5-10 minutes drive away, a pizzeria and bar in 5 minutes walk. The house is small, but wonderful, photographs coincided with reality. The house has two bathrooms with shower, which is very convenient when resting a family with two kids. The house has air conditioning, but we did not use it. The only negative - the absence of a bath. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. There are all kitchenware, all washing tools, towels, lounge chairs on the lawn, beach folding chairs and lawn chairs, beach umbrella, etc. The sandy beach is free, sea is clear, sometime there are small waves, a gentle entry into the sea, which is good for kids. The water temperature was 24-25 degrees. A big plus that the owners do not live very far from the house, we have broken hot water boiler, and after a call to the owner, it was replaced within hour."

"Le cinque ragazze di Rovigo, ringraziano ancora una volta i Sigg. De Santis, per l''accoglienza,l''ospitalitĂ  e le indicazioni turistiche molto utili!!! La casa Ăš accogliente, pulita, attrezzatissima (non manca proprio nulla), ed esattamente a 180 passi dalla spiaggia. Inoltre Ăš nelle vicinanze di spiagge e localitĂ  bellissime! Vacanza da ripetere!!!!"

Abbiamo prenotato in Dice...

Abbiamo prenotato in Dicembre per il periodo:25 Maggio-02 Luglio per essere sicuri di garantirci quel piccolo paradiso a San Felice Circeo!!!ARRIVATI-PAGATO-SCAPPATI dopo due settimane.Eccone alcuni motivi: -Cominciamo col dire che la localita' non Ăš come reclamizzato SAN FELICE CIRCEO,bensi' l'estrema periferia di Terracina,che e' tutta un'altra cosa!Il contesto Ăš estremamente popolare,con molte abitazioni abusive e la pulizia approssimativa:I residenti confinanti la casa,ineducati e rumorosi.La spiaggia Ăš si' vicina,ma tutta dragata dal mare;nera,fangosa e sporca.Per quanto concerne l'alloggio ritengo presuntuoso chiamarlo villino,lo definirei piuttosto un bungalow.Abbiamo trovato tutte le attrezzature di cucina:sporche,incrostate ed obsolete.Per non parlare della perdita del water,la tv che non funzionava e la lavatrice tutta arruginita situata in ripostiglio, che funzionava ogni tanto! E pensare che prima di noi non c'e' stato alcun ospite per alcuni mesi,quindi il tempo per pulire e verificare che tutto fosse a posto non e' mancato! 3250 euro per due settimane in queste condizioni mi sembra un po' tanto!!!! Devo dire che i propietari sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili.

"L''alloggio corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto e visibile in foto. Sorge in un contesto molto verde, tranquillo e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia libera. Molte le escursioni possibili sia nell''entroterra che alle vicine isole di Ponza e Ventotene. Ottima l''accoglienza e le relazioni con i proprietari: delle persone eccezionali! In poche parole una vacanza piacevole e da ricordare."

"Casa davvero carina e confertevole dotata di tutto il necessario con un giardino e un patio molto gradevoli. La spiaggia libera Ăš vicinissima e nel giro di 1 km si raggiungono altre spiagge molto carine. "Kleines, ruhig gelegenes FerienhĂ€uschen in unmittelbarer NĂ€he vom Strand, das mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar - Auto wird dennoch empfohlen. Nichts fĂŒr Party-Suchende. G. und M. sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die ihre FeriengĂ€ste verwöhnen und gute Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in der Umgebung haben. --- Small, secluded little holidays house near the beach with all the necessary equipment. Purchase possibilities are within walking distance - car is recommended nevertheless. Nothing for party-seeker. G. and M. are very nice and helpful landlords, who spoil their holidays guests and give good hints for trips in the environment. "

"It's very pleasant place for a holiday. The house is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable life. Very good beach with a gray sand has not to many people, clean sea. Shops and restaurants is easy to reach even by foot.The owners are very pleasant, hospitable and caring people. I've got most pleasant impression of my holiday in Italy. Thank's to Giovanna and Marco!"

"La casa ha superato le mie aspettative. I proprietari sono cortesi e disponibili, l'alloggio Ăš la sistemazione ideale per chi, come me, ha due bambini piccoli ed Ăš dotato di tutti i comfort. Si trova in una strada privata ed in una zona tranquilla. Tutti i servizi ed esercizi commerciali si trovano nelle vicinanze. L'accesso al mare Ăš comodissimo. La spiaggia non Ăš molto attrezzata e necessiterebbe di un po' di pulizia. "

"Villetta posta in posto tranquillo, dotata di accessori ed attrezzature piĂč che sufficenti per il soggiorno. La stessa Ăš dotata di patio, ed Ăš completamente recintata al fine di garantire una completa riservatezza, nonchĂš la possibilitĂ  di avere al proprio seguito anche animali domestici. I proprietari si sono dimostrati corretti e cordialissimi e pronti a risolvere eventuali problemi qualora si presentassero. Tengo a precisare che non ho registrato nessun problema. La spiaggia Ăš vicino alla casa ed Ăš una spiaggia ad accesso libero"

"Das Ferienhaus liegt in ...

"Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse die zum Meer fĂŒhrt in einer reinen Ferienhaussiedlung. Es liegt sehr zetral dennoch ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Sehr gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, z.B. nach Rom. Der phantastische Strand im Parco Nazionale del Circeo ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist gemĂŒtlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was einen Aufenthalt schön und angenehm macht. Besonders schön ist die große und ĂŒberdachte Terasse, wo man sehr gemĂŒtlich essen kann. Eine Dusche ist vom Garten aus erreichbar, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man vom Strand kommt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und sympatisch. Wir wĂŒrden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen."

LA VILLETTA E' MOLTO CONFORTEVOLE E DOTATA DI TUTTE LE ATTREZZATURE.INOLTRE C'E' UN BELLISSIMO PORTICO E UN BEL GIARDINO.LA SPIAGGIA E' MOLTO SPAZIOSA E SI POSSONO FARE OTTIME PASSEGGIATE.LA CASA E' VERAMENTE VICINISSIMA ALLA SPIAGGIA. I NEGOZI SONO MOLTO VICINI. I PROPRIETARI SONO GENTILISSIMI E DISPONIBILI. ABBIAMO TRASCORSO 15 GIORNI FANTASTICI IN MEZZO ALLA NATURA.
