Villa in Tuscany with swimming pool

The Villa is a characteristic stone house situated within a wine estate on the panoramic hills a short distance away from Montecatini Val di Cecina (Pisa), a charming medieval village perched on a hill with stunning views of the soft rolling Tuscan countryside between Volterra and Lajatico, the birthplace of the Maestro Andrea Bocelli, and the Tyrrhenian coast.
The house is composed of two apartments. The one at the ground floor (more than two hundred square meters) has three matrimonial bedrooms, three bathrooms (whose one with idro-shower), laundry, a studio, a wide living room with a fireplace, a table for ten people convertible in a magnificent billiard, kitchen with microwave, hoven, fridge, dishwasher, wine cellars, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, ice machine, etc.
On the first floor, there are two delicious junior suites with matrimonial bedrooms (fifty square meters each), whose one has a little cooking corner, a table for 4 people, a fridge, an espresso coffee machine, an American coffee machine, a toaster, orange juicer. Each of them has a fireplace, an exclusive bathroom, and an outdoor terrace with a panoramic view.
All the rooms are equipped with air conditioners.
Outside, in addition to a wonderful swimming pool (12 mt x 6 mt), there is a barbecue zone, with a pizza oven, next to a pergola with a table for ten people for open-air breakfasts or dinners. There is also a vegetable garden and on the roof of the winery, there is located a fantastic Jacuzzi spa where enjoying the amazing landscape. The property offers also a soccer and volleyball court and this season a tennis court (we are building), as well as a play game area for children.
Special services, as a private chef for in-house dining, relaxing messages, touristic guides, bike rentals, etc… on request.
The atmosphere at the Villa is extraordinary, allowing you to breathe in the authentic Tuscan air with the vineyards all around you, the olive grove, the suggestive swimming pool, and plenty of green space to enjoy as you like.
