The villa spans two levels, with only the upper floor accessible to guests. Entry is from the parking level, though descending stairs are needed to access the pool area.

Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.
Heating (If available) is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Air conditioning (If available) is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.
In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.
