La Perla Exotica is a romantic and exotic propery consists of two villas. One is new unique classic one floor villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The second one is romantic cozy style with 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and leaving room with extandable sofa. Accomodation is available totally for 20 people. When reservation is made for up to 12 people, the bigger villa will be for use. If there is a request for using of more rooms then 6 ( single use ), the second house could be used, which leads to an increase in the number of guests, correspinding to the number of rooms, respectively the price. All rooms are with a breathtaking ocean and mountain view with 2 swimming pools (outdoor and heated indoor). Our villas was built on a plot of 4.300m2 in a safe and quiet area. The villa is just 5 min drive from Puerto de La Cruz town and has plenty of things to offer, in addition - easy access roads, TF5 motorway, shopping areas as well as all other services are minutes away by car; big supermarkets are just 5 min walking distance. LA PERLA EXOTICA has an ideal position to enjoy it all.

VILLAS PERLA EXOTICA has been built on 1 floor without architectural barriers for your mobility. The living rooms are designed with large windows giving direct access to the outdoor pool area, a spacious entrance hall with an extra toilette and a spacious independent kitchens with top quality appliances and fittings.

Smart TVs in each room and a reliable and fast Wi-fi connection installed throughout the house with wi-fi coverage in gardens and pool areas as well.

The villas welcomes you with an automatic gate at the entrance of the property, and plenty of parking space to easily accommodate 20+ cars. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with large beds and mattresses of top quality and comfort.
