Welcome dear travellers to our stunning villa, where comfort a& privacy meets peacefulness. Be ready to experience the captivating beautiful design, spacious living areas, & panoramic views.

Upon entering our guests are welcomed with such a living spacious living area with Sofa and smart TV. A large fully equipped kitchen is available and a dining area which could easily host everyone, making it perfect for any kind of stay.

Also access to a lovely roof top with furniture, with strong WIFI !

This property is perfect, for large groups, work, families or friends and is equipped for both long and short term rentals.

Living Spaces| Immerse yourself in sheer bliss with our private pool oasis. Sparkling waters beckon for a refreshing dip, while the surrounding sun loungers invite you to bask in the sun's warmth. Enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation, creating cherished moments by the poolside. Outdoor pool also available.

Enjoy delectable dishes in the open air, surrounded by the scenic beauty of the villa's surroundings and gather around the grill, enjoying yourself with serene views and BBQ's special night.

Our living room is a warm and inviting haven for relaxation and connection. Sink into comfy furnishings enjoying the natural light streaming through large windows, and unwind in an atmosphere designed for comfort. Whether you're gathering with loved ones or enjoying a quiet moment, our living room is the perfect hub for memorable experiences.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with oven, the latest design double door fridge with a huge freezer compartment and utensils, everything a family or a group of friends would need to fix a wonderful meal. The Villa is equipped for both short and long term rentals !

Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms all with a double bed and 1 with an ensuite and a private spacious balcony.

Linens| We all love a good night sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high end linens and quilts. We also provide 2 towels each for showering and towels for the pool area.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, both with shower and one with an ensuite.

Small note: Pool is cleaned weekly.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
