Cala Mendia Beach House 2 is a semi-detached house with spectacular sea views and direct access to the beach, ideal for families with children, which offers a very popular Mallorcan restaurant among both local people and island visitors. The house is located very close to Porto Cristo, a beautiful coastal town famous for Les Coves del Drach, one of the main tourist attractions. Next to it, we offer Cala Mendia Beach House 1, also suitable for 6 people, which can be a perfect combination for large groups.



Cala Mendia Beach House 2 offers a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, three spacious bedrooms, two of them with double beds (one of them with access to a balcony) and the third with two single beds. Additionally, it has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



One of the main attractions of this holiday rental house in Mallorca is its spacious semi-covered terrace with a view of Cala Mendia beach, with a relaxation area with a sofa and two armchairs, a perfect dining table to enjoy meals, a jacuzzi where you can relax during your stay and two sun loungers to sunbathe while enjoying the sea views and the greenery. Cala Mendia Beach House 2 is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, appliances (does not include dishwasher) and a complete set of kitchen utensils, bedding and towels, etc. Those travelling with little ones can request a cot and high chair.



At a short walking distance, there are several restaurants such as VoraMar Restaurant, Cala Mandia Restaurant, Las Palmeras Café, Pizzeria 401, etc. Porto Cristo, a beautiful coastal town with restaurants, bars, shops and Les Coves del Drach, the caves hide a large underground lake inside, considered one of the largest underground lakes in the world. It is located 10 minutes by car.
