Casa Solero is a 4-bed vacation home located just 200 meters from the sea in San Foca and close to all the main services.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the hallway, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, mosquito nets on doors and windows and indoor parking. Pets allowed.
The house is located on the second floor of a terraced building, and provides tranquility and relaxation, while still being within walking distance of the sea and the city center.

Casa Solero is introduced by a paved courtyard, useful for parking the car. From here external stairs lead to the second floor, where the house is developed.
The entrance to Casa Solero is into an air-conditioned hallway from which one enters all the rooms of the house. The living area is a large bright living room furnished with dining room and TV, from which there is access to the kitchenette.
From the living room there is an exit to the balcony equipped with table and chairs, while from the kitchenette a door leads to the back of the house where there is a washing machine and a laundry room.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with external access to balcony, 1 twin bedroom with pull-out bed, and 1 full shower room.

Casa Solero is located in the center of San Foca, a beautiful marina of Melendugno famous for its equipped beaches, crystal clear sea, and with all services at hand.
The house is very close to the beach and the marina. The location is strategic because it allows you to reach in a few minutes walk the center, the promenade, the shopping streets and all services.
The nearest beach is Lido Li Marangi less than 200 meters away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
