Bâtiment de quatre étages divisé en deux appartements de plus de 200 m² et grandes terrasses.

L'appartement s'étend sur deux étages. À l'étage supérieur se trouvent le salon, la salle à manger, une salle de bain et deux terrasses (l'une couverte et l'autre découverte). À l'étage inférieur, il y a trois chambres doubles, deux salles de bain, une buanderie et deux terrasses, dont une connecte les chambres à la terrasse avec accès à la piscine.

Piscine à eau salée partagée avec un autre appartement (situé au rez-de-chaussée) et vues magnifiques.

Idéal pour les familles cherchant le charme d'un séjour au bord de la Méditerranée, profitant des brises marines et des vues spectaculaires sur Puerto de Sóller et la Sierra de Tramuntana. Des nuisances sonores peuvent se produire en septembre et au début d'octobre en raison de la rénovation de l'hôtel Salino Port.

Schöne Lage - aber mit bitterem Beigeschack

Wir haben diese Unterkunft relativ kurzfristig im Oktober 2024 gebucht und alles verlief reibungslos. Das Haus, der Pool, die Gastgeber - alles top. ABER: Erst bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort informierte uns die Gastgeberin, dass direkt (30m) neben dem Haus ein neues Hotel saniert / gebaut wird und die Bauarbeiten die gesamten Tage unseres Aufenthalts andauern werden. Wir hatten also von früh 7:30 Uhr bis abends 17:30 Uhr Dauerlärm - mit Steinsägen, Klopfen, Baggern, Bohren... hätten wir das im Vorfeld gewusst, hätten wir diese Unterkunft nicht gebucht, denn wir waren auf der Suche nach Erholung und etwas Auszeit vom Alltag. Daran war in den 7 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes aber nicht zu denken, denn selbst am Sonntag wurde gearbeitet. Fazit: Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Top Aussicht und super gepflegt, perfekt für Familien. Die fehlende Information zu der Baustelle war aber sehr unseriös und hinterlässt einen bitteren Beigeschmack.

Family holiday in Soller

Such a fabulous villa in an amazing location with the most wonderful views. Only 10 mins walk to the beach and many fantastic restaurants. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning soon.

Wonderful week in Port de Soller

Absolutely loved our stay at this villa in Mallorca. Perfect location...beach, restaurants, shops...all in walking distance. Villa was very spacious, clean and had the best views. Hope to come back and stay here again. Truly paradise!

Fantastic Stay

What a great property! We had a lovely time staying here, the house has everything you need for a great holiday and it is in a lovely position for exploring the island. As others have said, you need a car to stay here as it's a decent walk up the hill from the port. My only suggestion would be for the owners to buy some decent doorstops or hooks to secure the doors as we spent the whole time trying to wedge them back and stop them slamming! Overall though we had a fantastic time.

Excellent location!

Property overlooks Port Sóller and has amazing views! The home was clean and well kept. Owner of the home checked on our stay to insure we found it acceptable and was very kind. Yes, there is a short uphill walk from the port side restaurants and stores but we found it just what we needed to “walk off” an excellent meal. The only issues we ran into were how the town does their parking. Where we live the parking spots are numbered and you pay according to the numbered spot. In the port parking you have a difficult time knowing if you pay or not and where to find the kiosk. I got ticketed and then tried multiple times to pay the parking ticket(with the parking attendant helping) only to never get it paid. Hope I don’t end up with a massive fine🤨 Also, watch out for rude drivers!

Beautiful villa in an amazing location !

We have just returned from an October half term week-long break in this beautiful villa. The villa is in a superb location, overlooking Port de Soller, but within easy walking distance. Port de Soller is big enough to have some excellent restaurants, (our favourites were Es Canyis and Kingfisher), but not too big. Walking along the pedestrianised promenade beside the beach was very pleasant. There are bars where adults can sit for a drink while the children play on the beach very safely. There is a small wooden train to Soller which passes through orange groves on the way there. The villa itself is stunning, with every amenity available. We were greeted on arrival by the very pleasant and helpful host Maria, although we arrived late at night in the middle of a bad storm. The villa was spotlessly clean inside and out. The pool area is very special, with views over the bay as you swim. The villa is very airy and spacious, with high ceilings and very big terraces on each level. There is plenty of seating on each terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped. The wifi is very good too. We had a very relaxed week and would highly recommend this villa to anyone, particularly families, considering a stay in Port de Soller.

Lovely Villa with Stunning View

We stayed here for a week as a family of five adults, and all were very happy with the Villa and the location. Maria and her father were very welcoming, and even though we arrived very early she managed to accommodate us so we were actually sat by the pool at midday. The Villa is modern with many outside seating areas and stunning views across the bay. The kitchen and bathrooms all were to a high quality, well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. Port De Soller is beautiful, with a nice sandy beach and great restaurants. We have three vegetarians and found many places in the town that offer a good choice, One worth a mention, if you're happy to pay a little more for quality and ambiance, is Agapanto just down the road from the Villa on the beach side. We discovered that Port De Soller attracts walkers and cyclists as the area offers access to the mountains with routes varying from 15k to 100k and we may take advantage of this the next time we visit. The only negative could be the climb up the hill from the town to the villa which wouldn’t suit those not used to walking or with an ailment. It didn’t bother us and in some ways we enjoyed the little bit of exercise after a sumptuous meal in the town. If I could add a couple of comments to improve, it would be to create a welcome pack to include instructions for the electrical appliances as we had to google these to switch the hob on as it has a child lock. Also, most Villas we’ve stayed at in have left a small food basket with bread, eggs, coffee,water etc and we were surrpised not to have this. It meant we had to stock up straight away which was a pain after travelling for hours however, these were small issues and we would definitely recommend the Villa and also stay again.

Lovely holiday! Thank you!

We had a gorgeous holiday here in Port Soller. The villa was in a wonderful location with amazing views over the port. Everything was really clean and well presented, and very well equipped. Our host Maria was really helpful and accommodating. A truly lovely holiday! It is up a fairly long steep hill, so may not be good for elderly people or those with very young children. Thank you Maria and family!

Wonderful Villa

We booked this villa for a family holiday - 2 grandparents in their 60s, 4 adults and 2 grandchildren aged 10 and 7. What a result! The villa is gorgeous, spread over 3 floors with an open aired pool that was adored by the children in particular. Privacy but with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was perfect and we enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The owners were accessible but only when we wanted them. The locality of both Port de Soller and the beautiful town of Soller were both close by A perfect location for us and I wholeheartedly recommend a great holiday home and base for anyone. The only consideration is that anyone with difficulty walking could find that the incline from the port to the villa challenging. This would be obviated if you were to have a car.

Weitläufiges Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in diesem fantastischen Haus in Port de Soller. Der Blick auf den Hafen begeistert jeden Tag wieder, den kann man gar nicht in Worte fassen. Auch für größere Gruppen bietet das Haus genügend Räume, zahlreiche Balkone, Terrassen und Sitzgelegenheiten, sodass man allein, zu zweit, mit allen, bei Sonne, bei Schatten, bei Windstille, bei Wind, am Morgen und am Abend IMMER den geeigneten Ort findet, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Vermietung über Maria verlief problemlos, ein Ansprechpartner wäre stets vor Ort gewesen (wenn dies nötig gewesen wäre). Vor allem die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, der eine gute Ergänzung zu der ebenfalls sehr kindertauglichen Badebucht direkt am Meer bietet, die man in knapp 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Fazit: Danke an Maria (und ihre Schwester) - ich hoffe, dass wir noch einmal zu Gast in diesem schönen Haus sein können!

Great location, lovely villa, friendly family

We had a lovely week here, enjoying the well equipped villa and lovely views over the Port. 10 mins to amble down to the restaurants of Port de Soller. Maria and her parents could not have been more helpful, with tips of where to go etc. A great location for exploring the coast from. Thank you for a lovely week.

Great villa in a convenient location close to Port de Soller and fantastic views

We had a great week here. Owners are very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The villa was clean, well furnished and in a fantastic location just outside of Port de Soller with brilliant views across the bay and up to the mountains. Sitting on the terrace having dinner while the sun set each evening was a pleasure at the end of each day.

Fabulous villa with wonderful view

We booked this villa for our extended family; grandparents in their 80s, mum & dad, and 3 children. It had plenty of space for everyone, with 4 comfortable double bedrooms and also a sofa bed in the study if needed. The highlight of the villa is its balconies. One is on the lower floor, accessed by french doors from three of the bedrooms. The other is on the top floor, opening off the kitchen, with a dining table and bbq. Both are flooded with sun in the mornings, and have exquisite views across the bay at Port Soller, so we spent many happy hours watching boats coming and going across the bay, and the tram trundling along the seafront on its way to the town of Soller. As it was early November, the villa's swimming pool was cool, but that didn't stop the children enjoying the inflatables, and then warming up on sunbeds on the lower level terrace. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the living room was comfortable, with sofas and TV/DVD, plus another dining table for the cooler evenings. It is worth knowing that the walk from the sea front up to the villa is quite short but has a steep section which was quite a challenge to 80-year-old knees. If you are looking for a comfortable villa with wonderful views in a great location in Port Soller, look no further!

Ein tolles Haus

Wir sind als Großfamilie (3 Erw. plus 5 Kinder von 5-15) für 2,5 Wochen Gast gewesen, genau während einer großen Hitzeperiode auf Mallorca. Die Hanglage machte durch ständige mehrseitige Luftzufuhr die Sache angenehm und die spektakuläre Sicht auf den Hafen tat sein Übriges. Maria und ihr Vater kümmern sich hervorragend um die Gäste. Bei einem Wasserausfall war innerhalb von 15 Minuten der Vater und ein Klemptner vor Ort und behoben das Problem sofort. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Amazing!

We were a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children aged 11 & 12. The villa is just stunning, the views are to die for of the Port of Soller and the Mountains. The Villa has everything that you need and more. The pool is perfect in size with plenty of chairs and loungers to chill all day. The rooms are all well equipped with all that you need for a pleasant stay. There are plenty of towels provided and a laundry room complete with washing machine if needed. Maria is excellent at responding to emails and queries. Sadly we didn't get to meet Maria but her mother, Magdalena met us at the Villa and gave us a full tour, she was very friendly and helpful. She even bought a box of cookies as a gift for our children. Such a lovely thought. . The villa was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We had a few hitches with broken shower and oven but they were fixed within the day. Magnificent service. I would recommend this villa to any family. My only warning is that there are a lot of stairs, which wasn't an issue for us but may be to those who struggle with lots of stairs. The location is fabulous its within walking distance to the whole of the horse shoe shaped resort of Port De Soller. Thanks Maria for a magnificent stay, we will be in touch regarding other properties next year.

Top vacation spot in Mallorca!

Our family; two adults, one teenager and two young adults, stayed in this marvellous villa mid October year 2013. We could not have been more satisfyed with the villa and the suberb location. The view is breathtaking as at one glance you will be able to see the open sea, the port and the Soller village in the middle of the mountins. We enjoyed the marvellous upper terrace beside the kitchen many evenings and for the breakfasts. In the evening we could hear live music from Marina hotel! The pool is great as the view can be enjoyed from there as well. It is easy to have your own privacy in the house even if you were with friends as the bedrooms are devided in two floors and in different sections of the house. It is only a short walk to the port to dine there, not worrying who cannot have the glass of wine, as you don't need the car to get back to the villa. There are excellent restaurants in walking distance; Italian, local, Chinese.. you name it. One of the best ones was right in front of the villa by the beach, on the sand, Californian style! Our 14-20 year old children could go shopping and sunbathing by themselves or in turn get back to the villa earlier after dinner in the village. There are boat tours to the sea from the port, the historic tram is going from Port to the Soller all day long and only in 20 minutes by car you can reach Palma with all its shops and restaurants. One of the hiking routes starts practically from the house as it is very short way up to the lighthouse, don't miss it! We also had relaxing spa threatments, which you can choose in the hotels in port. The weather was great for the whole week. We have been in Mallorca two years in row now plus two years before that in southern Spain at this very same time of the year and always the weather has been sunny and warm (+23 - +30) so I cannot say we had the good weather by accident! The timing is perfect because you will be able to avoid the big crowds also. We want to say special thanks to Maria for all the help and info we got when coming in and during our stay. I highly recommend this villa as a perfect holiday spot in Mallorca!
