Double room in B&B with swimming pool for vacations in the
Otranto area, just 5 minutes from the beaches of Alimini, immersed in
the nature of the Salento countryside.
The room has independent
access and is located on the second floor. It is complete with en suite
bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Present air conditioning, wi-fi internet, TV, refrigerator and mosquito net.

Double room in B&B with pool in the Otranto area
The
double room is located on the upper floor of the bed and breakfast,
which also offers its guests the large pool in the garden, complete with
solarium with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas.
The room is furnished with a double bed.
Breakfast, included in the price, is served every morning in the shade of the porch, in the pool area.
The surroundings of the B&B in Borgagne
The bed and breakfast is located in the countryside of Borgagne, a small and charming village, a hamlet of Melendugno, very close to the Adriatic coast of the Otranto area, in particular a few minutes from the Alimini beaches.
In
a few minutes by car you can reach some of the most famous Salento
resorts on the Adriatic coast, such as the marinas of Melendugno Torre
dell`Orso, San Foca, Roca Vecchia and Torre Sant`Andrea with its
beautiful stacks.
The sea at Laghi Alimini can be reached
by car in 5 minutes as it is about 6 km away. Even the nearby towns can
be reached in a few minutes by car, to find all the main services. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (till 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of towels and bed linen, each 3 days
- Breakfast included from 07:30 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
