Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Information for key collection:
Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio .

Bright studio apartment of about 30 square meters, comfortable, consists of a kitchenette with induction hob, double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment also has a small equipped outdoor balcony where you can eat and relax, enjoying the beautiful sea view.
