Located by the sea in the picturesque town of ĆœaboriÄ, Villa Dragica is a modern seafront villa boasting a private swimming pool, beach access and a gym. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the villa is steps away from the sea and 350m from the town centre, offering access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Additionally, it offers easy access by car to renowned destinations like Ć ibenik, PrimoĆĄten, the historic town of Split, and the breathtaking Kornati and Krka national parks.
Villa Dragica (295 sqm) is a full fenced property that develops over three levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and cozy living room with a corner sofa and LCD TV. Large glass doors in the living room open onto the inviting garden and swimming pool area. Additionally, there is one double bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom (with shower).
A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower). Additionally, there is a sauna with a bathroom (with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet) and sea views, providing an indulgent space for relaxation and rejuvenation.
On the second floor, you will find another well-equipped kitchen and living room offering further relaxation and meal preparation areas. This floor also hosts two double bedrooms (with double beds) and a shared bathroom (with shower).
The villa also offers a well-equipped gym facility , featuring Technogym fitness equipment, boxing bags, Airbull, and pro-competition kettlebells, ensuring a rewarding workout experience.
Outside, the villaâs garden offers breathtaking views of the sea, with convenient beach access provided by a private staircase. In the garden, there is a heated seawater swimming pool (36 sqm; approximately 1.6m deep) and a sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers. Additionally, a shaded outdoor dining area creates an idyllic setting for alfresco meals. An outdoor shower is also available, and you can also make use of the private parking area provided for your convenience.
