The Villa Layout: Perfect for Togetherness and Privacy
The 9-bedroom villa is cleverly structured across three floors, providing the rare ability for groups to socialize extensively while retiring to fully private units:

Ground Floor (Social Hub): This floor features the main common spaces, including a spacious living room, the main kitchen and dining area. It also includes a dedicated Playroom (with Ping Pong and Billiards), one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one additional shared bathroom, and one shared toilet.

First & Second Floors (Private Apartments): Each upper floor hosts two fully separate apartments (a total of four). Each apartment features a small kitchen, its own private bathroom, one double bedroom, and one bedroom with comfortable bunk beds.

For maximum flexibility, two of these four apartments also include an additional pull-out couch for two guests.
All double rooms feature King-size "Zip and Link" beds, allowing for immediate conversion into two single beds. This feature ensures that the sleeping arrangements can be perfectly tailored to the dynamics of your group (couples, friends, or family).
