The picturesque seaside village Primosten is a 15-minute drive in another direction.
The nearest beach is a couple of minutes on foot from the villa (300 meters). You just need to cross the road and within a minute you are on the beach.
Villa Tela with pool is laid on a private plot of 1000 square meters with a residential area of 250 square meters. It accommodates private groups or families of 6 to 8 guests.
Here you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 additional toilette. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed (180 cm wide) and a private bathroom with a double washbasin and shower. Also, this room can fit an extra bed if needed or a baby cot. The second room has a double bed (160 cm wide), while the third one has two single beds. The latter two share the bathroom with a shower.
A fully equipped kitchen comes with all kitchen utensils and appliances. So here you will find a large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kettle, microwave, and ice maker. The indoor dining table fits 8 people comfortably. The living room is airy and light and offers beautiful views of the sea. Here you can watch cable TV or relax by the fireplace. It has direct access to a private terrace with lounge furniture.

The indoor/outdoor areas are covered with a good Wi-Fi signal. Air-conditioning is available in all areas. The full-size laundry room is available and fully equipped. Laundry service and ironing service is available at an additional cost. Parking for up to 4 cars is available (2 places in the garage).
