With the quayside, pubs, shops, and eateries nearby, this beautiful cottage in Appledore is perfect for a seaside holiday with friends or family spent enjoying the town, relaxing on the beach, going on coastal walks and doing water sports. It has three bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining space for special meals in, and an enclosed patio with a BBQ.
The traditional seaside cottage has bags of charm and contemporary styling to make a very comfortable home from home. Catch up with each otherâs news and enjoy movie nights in in the comfy lounge, make memories over delicious dinners the cook has created in the kitchen, which has everything you need to cater in. Thereâs also a handy WC on the ground floor; the shower room is on the first floor along with the three pretty bedrooms, a king-size, a double and a bunk room, where you can get a great nightâs sleep before the next day of adventures. Head outside from the kitchen with a cool drink and sit outside in the enclosed patio, get the BBQ going and have dinner al fresco.
Wander through Appledoreâs quaint streets to find boutiques, art galleries and pubs offering hearty fare, hit the beach at Westward Ho! (2 miles away), popular with surfers, swimmers and sunbathers, thereâs also adventure golf and go karting next to it. Pick up the South West Coast Path for scenic walks, visit the gardens at RHS Rosemoor (11.5 miles) for some calm contemplation, take the kids to The Big Sheep Farm & Theme Park (4 miles) and The Milky Way Adventure Park (11 miles) for exciting days out, and North Devon Wake Park (11. 5 miles) for all sorts of thrilling water sports.
