House Rules

- ID/Passport information must be provided before receiving check-in instructions
- Earliest check-in time is 3 pm, latest check-out time is 10 am
-Check-In / Check-Out -Check-in time is from 3 pm local time Check-out time is 10 am
-Only adults no kids allowed.
- For logistic reasons, we are not able to keep your luggage before or after your stay, but we are happy to recommend to you some short-term luggage storage companies which offer this service in the area.
-The property owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that guests may incur while on the premises. No responsibility is also taken about your belongings. Maximum occupancy Guests found to be sleeping more than the maximum allowed guests may be subject to further charges or immediate cancellation of their booking.
Smoking -Smoking inside the property and the building is strictly forbidden. If this rule is broken will result in a deduction of £200 from the damage deposit.
Pets -Pets are not allowed
-Cleaning service
-Towels and bedding -One set of towels and linen is provided for each guest during their stay.
-Each extra service of cleaning is £75 and it includes hoovering the floor, cleaning the dust and providing fresh bed linen and towels.
This service needs to be pre-arranged in advance and it’s subject to availability.
We kindly ask you not to use the towels to remove makeup or similar products. Damaging severely these items would incur in a deduction from your deposit of: - £7 per hand towel / £14 per body towel / £16 fitted sheet / £20 duvet cover / £20 duvet / £18 mattress cover / £8 pillow / £5 pillowcase
Quiet hours and parties - Quiet Hours: between 10 pm and 7 am.
-Parties are not allowed. Guests found having a party of disturbing the neighbours may be subject to immediate cancellation of their booking.
