This comfortable two-bedroom basement flat is located in West Kensington, just a 5-minute walk from West Kensington Station. The flat includes a compact, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, and a bright living area for a basement flat. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is a single room for one guest. The living room features a two-seater sofa that converts into a double sofa bed, as well as a desk and chair for working.

There is an additional charge of £20 per night for extra guests using the sofa bed once occupancy exceeds 3 people.
This comfortable two-bedroom basement flat is located in West Kensington, less than a 5-minute walk from West Kensington Station. It offers a practical and well-connected base for professionals, solo travellers, or small groups visiting London.

The entrance opens directly into a compact, well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for everyday cooking, making it suitable for both short and longer stays.

The bathroom is located just beyond the kitchen and is equipped with a bathtub, an overhead shower, a toilet, and a wash basin.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and provides a calm space to rest.
The second bedroom is a compact single room with a standard UK single bed. Due to the room layout, clearance at the head and foot of the bed is limited, and it is best suited to one guest under 6 ft tall.
In addition, the two-seater sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. It can comfortably sleep one additional guest, or up to two guests if needed.
Living Room
The living room is bright for a basement flat and offers comfortable seating, along with a desk and chair for guests who need a dedicated work desk.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
