We stayed at the house during a softball tournament. We were able to get some fun at the lake in between game days. The house had everything we needed and more. It was a quiet area and gave us the down time we needed.

Wonderful lake home

Wonderful house, location, all the extra touches! The Owner was wonderful, was easy to reach, absolutely a delightful friends weekend for 3 couples( and would have had room for a couple more) truly everything we needed and some!

Home & setting were beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked, better than anywhere emse we've rented. Good location, we enjoyed the lake.

A Wonderful Getaway!

We were ready to get away to a lake front property that wasn’t a tiny, old, out of date fishing cabin. “Hale Koa” was just what the doctor ordered! Absolutely breathtaking in decor and location. We hope to return one day and will highly recommend!

Beautiful home on a lovely lake!

We really enjoyed our time in this home. Boon Lake is really nice! We were able to rent a pontoon from a marina on the lake. Our kids had a great time. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The house have everything you need. Great property!

More than you could ask for!

House is beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds are super comfortable, towels are fluffy and soft. The beautiful decor is a conversation by itself. We so enjoyed looking at the pictures on the wall, reading the books and lounging on the comfortable couches. We will definitely stay here again when in town. Thank you, David !

AWESOME Boone Lake Home

This place is awesome! If you are in the Bristol/Johnson City area and want to stay at a lakefront home, this is the place. David is a fantastic host and his home is amazing. I only wish we had more time there.

Mahjong Girls

Perfect !!! Beautiful home, lake view and surroundings. We are a group of 6 (older 😍), ladies that weekly play Mahjong together. A couple times a year we take a girls trip to relax, play, eat and have fun together. This beautiful lake home fit our needs completely. We are already planning to return here and make this trip an annual event, just maybe longer.💖

Very Comfortable

We came to tour NE Tennessee with family over Thanksgiving vacation. The lake house was in a great location for our needs. There was plenty of room for everyone, with comfortable spaces.

Amazing !!!

This home is amazing! The water views with the fall colors reflecting into the lake is so pretty! My boys and their friends enjoyed the pool table and card/poker table downstairs. The owner was very kind and helpful anytime we had a question! We will definitely be back!

Great Central Location

The property was comfortable, as described and served our purpose perfectly. We had a beautiful view of the lake while we were exploring the area. There is so much to see and do, the location worked great for ease of access to everything.

Wonderful Stay

Spacious, yet cozy and well-kept home with beautiful morning views of the sunrise over the lake. Loved the expansive spaces where people could gather or separate to play (Pool table area / Outside patio's / Living Room / Kitchen bar / More)...it was perfect for our large group. Appreciated the eclectic decor and style. Beds and showers were generous and comfortable! Really appreciated our surroundings and our responsive and generous hosts - Thank you!

The home is much larger than the images portray. A gallery of beautiful art pieces and collections. The view of the lake lovely. Each sleeping area very separate and private. Kitchen and Island great for serving meals. There are several spots to dine at both indoors and out. Loved the firepit! Will love to stay again!

My experience at the lake house

I enjoyed this house immensely. The location, the set up, everything is there for you to use. When you have a question the host Dave responds right away. The overall experience was phenomenal. Would definitely stay here again and are looking to next year.

Relaxing and beautiful!

This property was clean, roomy, and had spectacular views. All the amenities were there for us! I would highly recommend this great home!
