Meia-Praia et à proximité du centre de Lagos, cet établissement offre de bonnes conditions pour que vous puissiez profiter du meilleur que l'Algarve a à offrir. Idéal pour des vacances en famille et en particulier pour deux familles vacances ensemble, entre les vagues et le sable, terrains de golf et les parcs aquatiques, il y a toujours quelque chose à faire, avec une vaste gamme d'activités possibles.
La maison est située dans un groupe de maisons de ville.
A l'intérieur, la maison a trois très confortables et accueillantes chambres - deux doubles et une twin - 2 salles de bain complètes, cuisine, grand salon avec cheminée, barbecue et garage.
La cuisine et salle à manger dans le salon, ont table pour huit personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes, four, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, lave-linge, grille-pain, bouilloire, couverts, vaisselle et ustensiles.
WI-FI Accès Internet (sans fil) et la télévision par câble avec les chaînes nationales et internationales.
Il dispose également de vastes espaces de loisirs et de la vie privée, une terrasse avec une vue spectaculaire sur la mer.
La piscine et le jardin sont implantés sur un terrain de 800 m², appartenant à 4 autres maisons similaires.
La maison dispose d'excellents meubles et est entièrement équipée. Il offre des conditions idéales pour des vacances d'été et d'hiver.

Lovely villa, very quiet area, close to the main beach. Very well looked after with everything you could need. Only a 25 minute walk into the old town. Highly recommend

Great house and friendly host

Phenomenal house with good standard. The pool area and veranda was perfect for the whole family. Very friendly host! Recommend to rent bikes or have a car to get to supermarket etc.

Amazing location inLagos

Exactly as pictured. Host was quick to respond to any questions. 10 out of 10 for location, walking distance to everything but quiet enough to feel like an oasis. Would highly recommend. My only suggestion, bring slippers, when it’s cold outside or rainy the floors are chilly!

Perfect family holiday

House with swimming pool and a 5min walk distance to the beach. Barbecue area and lots of beach stuff (umbrella toys) available. In the kitchen you find everything you need to cook together. Easy and fast check in and helpful communication.

Excellent house in quiet setting but close to town

First class house that was very well equipped and felt like a home. All accommodation was good and spacious. The house was spotlessly clean and fresh. Very safe house for toddlers with access to the pool gated. Highly recommend this property and the owner very responsive and helpful. Great holiday property in great location.

Wonderful holiday!

We had a lovely holiday in this beautifuil villa. The hosts were amazing, Pedro was easy to contact and kept in touch, and Fernando and Olga met us there even though we were a couple of hours later than expected. The villa was clean, quiet and well equipped - we had everything we needed. The pool was lovely - we used it every day, and usually had it to ourselves. The outdoor terrace was also wonderful - there was plenty of space for five adults to spend the day there comfortably. It was an easy walk to Meia Praia beach, and a 20 minute walk into all the bars, shops and restaurants of Lagos. We loved this place, and we hope to return one day.

Fantastic clean villa close to beach and marina

Pedro's mum and dad greeted us and showed us around. Huge spacious lounge. All very clean and well equipped. We used the shared pool every day and had it to ourselves about 12 of the 14 times! Perfect villa for toddlers (we have one) as there is a nice stiff gate between villa and pool so that was a huge plus for us and our daughter couldn’t wander down to pool unless we were with her. 5 mins walk to nearest beach and 15-20 mins walk to marina which has great atmosphere and some bars. Pedro was also flexible about us checking out late on last day as we had a late flight home. This was much appreciated. Highly recommend this villa to families and we hope to return next year!

Fantastic!

We read all of the previous reviews and because they were excellent we decided to book. We were not disappointed! Fernando and Olga were there to greet us, even though it was quite late when we arrived and were excellent hosts. The villa was exactly as described and very homely, with all the amenities that one would require. My wife used the pool every day, although it was a bit too chilly for me, and we made full use of the patio, which is south facing and gets the sun on it for most of the day! We had an excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to have somewhere to stay that is a short walk to the beach and all the amenities of the town. Fernando and Olga and there son Pedro could not have been more helpful!

Wow! What a wonderful villa!!

We were given a very warm welcome by the owners who showed us round the villa. All the rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and have a homely feel. The villa is equipped with everything we could need during our holiday. We are a family of five and felt there was plenty of room for us all, either to be together or have some space to ourselves! The main terrace has table & chairs to seat 6 as well as 4 sun loungers and still doesn’t feel cramped! The roof terrace is perfect for breakfasts and has views of the sea. The pool was ideal and just a few steps from the villa set in well-tended gardens. The location of the villa is fab - just 15mins walk to the amazing beach, 10mins to the marina, & 20mins to the old town. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa, without doubt the best we’ve stayed in; and next time we visit Lagos we’ll be keen to stay here again. Many thanks to Fernando, Olga and Pedro!

Pearl of a beautiful house to enjoy very comfortable holidays

Excellent location in walking distance to the beach, on foot you are within 10-15 minutes in the Old town, and there is a nice way through the relatively new area of apartment buildings via the marina. The house is fully and absolutely completely equipped, nothing is missing, there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The nice dining room and living room are decorated in a lovely way; wonderful terrace with an extraordinary swimming pool. Last but not least we had magnificent moments on the rooftop terrace with a prime view to the Ocean. Pedro offers not only nice equipment but also plenty of towels which is quite an exception because you have beach towels as well. Fernando and his wife, the parents of Pedro, gave us a very warm welcome and a proper introduction to the house. - The communication was impeccable. In total it’s a little paradise in an excellent location and calm neighbourhood, it offered us the most relaxing and also comfortable holidays. We are absolutely thinking of coming back once again.

Très agréable séjour à Lagos

Villa très bien située au calme près de Lagos avec un garage fermé et d'une propreté exemplaire. Les propriétaires ont répondu rapidement à nos demandes par mail (femme de ménage...) Un grand merci à Olga, Fernando et Pedro sans oublié Cristina (notre gentille femme de ménage).

Très bon séjour et location super équipée , absolument rien ne manque. Confort et équipements , on se croit à la maison.. Terrasse fleurie et arborée avec beaucoup de goût. 3 petites remarques -Très bruyant la 2eme semaine suite aux travaux dans l'habitation voisine(pas prévenus) -Une petite climatisation pour les chambres ne serait pas un luxe avec 40° de la journée -Les locataires des habitations un peu éloignées de la piscine ( pas nous )devraient disposer de quelques lits de piscine pour ne pas sqwater les nôtres. Estadia e casa excelente. A casa tem tudo mesmo. Todas as comodidades que necessitei, estavam logo. A praia era excelente. Apaixonei me pela cidade e pela casa. Sr fernando e d olga uma simpatia de pessoas. Muito amaveis.

Uma moradia bem equipada, bastante cuidada e limpa, com excelente localização, de fácil estacionamentos. Fomos bem acolhidos.

Wonderful Holidays !!!

We spent a very nice holiday in Pedro's house. Fernando welcomed us warmly and explained us all in the house and gave us first tips. The villa is lovingly furnished, very clean and really equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Also the garden with pool is beautifully arranged and well maintained. 1 time a week a gardener came and 2 times a week the pool was cleaned. Perfect! The big terrace with the grill invites you to a barbecue and the roof terrace to enjoy the sunset with a cool drink and the view to the sea. The beautiful long and wide Sand beach with 300 m is almost right in front of the house. The small tourist village of Lagos can be easily reached with a 20 minute walk. Lagos with its innumerable restaurants offers dishes for every taste and price. For us it was a perfect holiday and we will come back to Pedro!
