We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the cottage’s location in such a charming village and found it convenient for local amenities, as well as an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding area. However, we are very sorry to learn that there was no hot water during your stay and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused. We have shared your feedback with the property owner, who extends his sincere apologies that the plumber was unable to resolve the issue during your visit. He has since confirmed that the matter has now been fully rectified. The property management team also apologise for the oversight regarding the logs and firelighters; this was not intentional and will not be repeated. They have confirmed that a pint of milk and shortbread biscuits are typically provided for guests on arrival. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We very much hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the Cotswolds in the near future.
