Marciana Marina it is the smallest municipality on the island which develops mainly around the seafront, a lovely port of fine sand where you can enjoy one of the most evocative and refined views of the island. At its end it offers two equipped beaches of incredible charm and authenticity, Feniccia and Feniccetta, both of stones smoothed by the sea of ​​various colours; when it comes to romantic sunsets they don't have many competitors. Behind it starts the path that leads trekking lovers to the Spiaggia della Cala (2.5 km journey). Being at the base of a mountainous area, the most important on the island, where Monte Capanne is present, it is immersed in the greenery of dense Mediterranean and wooded vegetation. We are in Marciana Marina, a renowned coastal village that every summer welcomes the numerous boats of tourists who choose to spend their holidays on the island. It is a perfect location for those who want to stay in a very lively tourist center with the sea close at hand, without necessarily using the car to get around. It is ideal for lovers of tranquility, an authentic place that maintains the island charm of the past, the smallest municipality in all of Tuscany but full of events, restaurants and clubs that make it the true tourist jewel of the North Coast. Thanks to its exposure, it is famous for offering the most beautiful sunsets on Elba. The whole life of the town develops on its approximately 400 meter long beach, where at the two opposite poles we find the fascinating Borgo del Cotone, and the beaches of Feniccia and Feniccetta.

Our La Marina apartments are 2 in total, they are part of a single complex, two are located on the ground floor and one on the second floor. The area is private and residential, a few hundred meters (250 m) from the seafront and its shops, a perfect location for those who want to be convenient to services but away from the chaos of the center.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
