Cozy 3 Bedroom Terrace Cottage in Epsom
3-bed cottage-style house, beautifully situated in the peaceful part of Epsom and moments from open woodland. The city centre and station are a 24-minute walk away, offering convenient 30-minute train links to London.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests and features contemporary living space with 2 reception rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 1 cloakroom.
Nearby attractions include Chessington World of Adventure, Epsom Downs Racecourse, Golf Clubs and many more.
The space
The ground floor of our property features an inviting entrance, a front reception room with a comfortable sofa, double sofa bed, smart TV and an open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary amenities, bakeware, cookware, pans and utensils to make delicious meal.
Additionally, there's a convenient utility/cloakroom equipment with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Step outside to a delightful garden with a summer house at the back, complete with a football table for added fun.
On the first floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, chests of drawers, a family bathroom with a bath/shower and wardrobes on the landing.
The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, offering a king-size bed, chest of drawers and a dedicated working space. The attached bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower.
Our property is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Guest access
Guests have full access to all parts of the house during their stay.
Other things to note
For security purposes, there is a camera outside the front entrance.
Please be aware that we require details from all guests booked. Prior to check-in, kindly provide the necessary information to ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone.
No parties are allowed on the premises to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.
Street parking for 1 car is included in the booking. Please note that street parking is restricted to residents and visitors only for that reason prior notification with car registration details is required.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
