«Guppy Love» - Confortable, accessible aux personnes handicap�����es avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan!

Guppy Love est le condo le plus r��cent et le plus original à rejoindre notre famille. Il semble avoir subi un remodelage majeur dans les années 1980, le rendant parfait pour les séjours de longue durée et amusant pour les amateurs de guppy à deux étoiles.

Ce condo est prévu pour un remodelage massif à partir de décembre 2017. En attendant, nous le louons avec toutes ses fantaisies à des tarifs réduits. Pour le moment, cela restera notre condo au rez-de-chaussée le plus abordable. Mais ne soyez pas d������������couragé par son charme des années 1980.

Le No. 124 Guppy Love possède de nombreuses commodités que manquent les autres condos. Tout d’abord, il dispose d’un lave-linge / sèche-linge, d’un lave-vaisselle et de deux baignoires de salle de bains avec douchette en duel où vous pouvez exercer votre amour guppy. Et n'oubliez pas ce miroir en forme de cœur au-dessus du lit dans la chambre du fond. En fait, ce condo a des miroirs muraux.

Cette unité a été occupée par des résidents de longue durée pendant la majeure partie des 10 dernières années et comporte de nombreux extras que vous ne trouverez pas dans les autres unités. Il poss��de un espace cuisine et des placards supplémentaires, une planche à repasser encastr���������e dans le mur et un placard supplémentaire.

Guppy Love est le condo le plus adapté aux handicapés du bâtiment, avec une douche à l’italienne, un siège et du parquet. Il est au niveau du sol, donc aucun escalier n'est nécessaire. Le salon en bord de mer est large et ouvert avec des miroirs muraux. Un canapé-lit dans le salon permet �� quatre d’y séjourner confortablement.

La cuisine est un retour amusant à une époque où Wham! Le Club des petits déjeuners a dominé le grand ��������cran et le Sea Gypsy ��tait un complexe hôtelier jeune.

Guppy Love ne ressemblera pas à ça pour toujours. Obtenez-le pendant qu'il fait chaud!

Beautiful condo with easy access to the beach

So easy to check in and out. So many items provided on the property down to a mixer. We love our visit and the fact that it was right there on the beach. Loved it and will stay again

Great place to stay

My only complaint is that this room sits right at the beach access’s so anyone coming up the stairs from the beach looks right in on your room.. You’re like in a fish bowl… If you want privacy then this is not the room for you.. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, you are correct that the wonderful beach access comes at the cost of some foot traffic past the first floor rooms. And Guppy Love is especially close to the beach access stairs. Some people feel that being able to step out their backdoor and practically onto the beach is worth it, but others prefer the increased privacy of an upper floor room - and the view is even more breathtaking from the 2nd and 3rd floors. Because we manage over 50 units at Sea Gypsy Rentals, our guests often choose which they prefer when they book. Guppy Love is Quaint

The property was clean, but the bedding and decor is a bit dated. There was no broom so it was hard to clean up after ourselves. Otherwise it is a sweet place. It's right in front of the stairs to the beach so there was a bit of traffic, but no so much that it deterred from our lovely weekend.

Love the ocean

Guppy Love is in a great location in Lincoln City plus being on ground level was nice. The condo had all the amenities needed for an extended stay. There was some dirt on the floor when we checked in but I really think it’s because of the sliding door because everything else was very clean. The heart mirror on the ceiling was definitely good for a laugh! Sydney in the front office is an absolute gem!! Any questions I had she knew the answer to. Always smiling and it was just nice to be in her presence. I definitely recommend staying here. Everyone was friendly and being right by the beach access was perfect!

Guppy Love

The condo was equipped with everything we needed to cook and dine in. The unit was outdated and could use some updating but the view was wonderful. It took us a while to figure out the heating system and there were wall heaters in the bedroom and living room. The living room heater hadn't been cleaned in a while and there were clumps of dust I removed just from the front of the heater. The recliner should be replaced as the vinyl came off in little pieces and stuck to my clothing and the carpet the chair sits on. This condo is priced very reasonably.

Not exactly what was expected

when we first entered the condo, heavy bad smell overwhelmed us. called front desk with no reply until the next morning. We went to store and bought candles and air freshener to try to clear the air. Also, there was no Wi-Fi available until the next morning at 10 am when the manager phone to correct the smell and provide the Wi-Fi. Apartment was very outdated and definatly not worth price that we were charged.

When you had called to file the complaint, our office was unfortunately already closed, however we did reach out to you before 10AM the following morning to rectify these concerns. The smell was due to an unreported garbage disposal not working and sadly not in time for the smell to air out of the condo, we are deeply sorry for this. We do have the wifi information located in the booklet specified for the room, we apologize this was not easier to locate, we will make sure this does not happen again. Had fun despite the room

I want to have liked this room more but I was pretty disappointed. We still had lots of fun but I would stay somewhere else next time. Pros: - Fun to be on the beach and see the ocean up close out the back door -Cute, quirky decor -Two bathrooms -Mini-kitchen Cons: -Says it sleeps 4 but there was no bedding for the hideaway bed. We checked all the closets and just found one extra blanket, no sheets. If I had known I could have brought our own bedding. - The hideaway bed has sand on it and the kind bed had sand in the bedding when we pulled the sheet back to climb into bed. - The showers weren't warm, more like room temperature. - Kitchen wasn't stocked well. Didn't even have sugar for coffee.

River, I'm so sorry to hear that your stay with us was less than perfect. I do want to remind you that we have staff available to assist you with any issues that may arise during your stay. Had you reached out to us we could have let you know that the sheets for the pullout sofa were located in the entertainment center drawer. We also would have been more than happy to provide you with sugar. We are constantly fighting against sand here at the beach. I am sorry to hear that you found sand throughout the unit. Please know, that if you do decide to give us another try we will always work to make sure you have the most enjoyable vacation possible.

Not worth it

Everything about this unit screams neglect. It’s more or less clean, but age and neglect have taken such a toll that it’s hard to see past the moldy bathroom ceiling and chipped/peeling paint. The bed is old and uncomfortable, with a comforter that looks old in a material that doesn’t look like it gets washed every time. The screen door barely moves and you have to fight to open/close it. The unit is conveniently located by the stairs to the beach, but the privacy screen is broken on half the sliding door so in order to see out, every person coming up the stairs can see in. The kitchen provisions are sparse. Truly the main and primary positive about this unit is it’s location the beach. That part does not disappoint- you’re right on the sand. If that’s all you care about, go for it. Otherwise, look for a unit that’s better cared for.

Liz, I am happy to hear that you enjoyed our spectacular location and ocean view. I'm afraid that I would have to disagree with your comments about the unit. These units are privately owned condos, that are rented at almost 100% capacity during the summer season. While there are some wear and tear items that will be addressed as soon as there is some availability, to characterize it as neglect goes too far. We certainly agree that some touch up painting needs to be done in the offseason, as is the case for almost every rental after a busy summer. The screen door needed a simple adjustment, which is a pretty common fix. We would have been happy to take care of this for you while you were here. This is the first negative feedback we've heard about the bed. We'll definitely take a look at it, and make recommendations to the unit owner as necessary. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, and we would have been happy to bring you anything that you felt might be lacking. Again, we agree that we have one of the best locations around, but we fell that your comments about the unit being neglected are inaccurate.

Very Nice Rental - Outstanding Location but Internet Not Working

Overall, a very nice beach rental- clean, nice furnishings, comfortable couch, and bed but best of all is the location. This is a beachfront rental with easy each access and we really enjoyed the sound of the waves every evening. However, the Wifi we were provided at check-in was not discoverable which made it impossible for me to attend a scheduled work-related Zoom meeting (and only one bar for T-Mobile so I had to go downtown to find a Wifi connection; as a result, several hours of my R&R were eaten up for this meeting when I had hoped to spend it at the beach with my wife). I did contact management and was given an alternative Wifi network but the connectivity was spotty at best and sometimes not available at all. I contacted management again but the issue was never resolved during my stay (there was no response to the chat messages although they did respond to the email the next day). The only other minor issue was the large group staying in the next door unit - 4 adults and many kids running around at all hours of the day and night. Sounded like a "heard of elephants" stomping around and could easily hear (and feel) the stomping around on the floor, children rough-housing, and fighting (at one point, the screaming sounded like one child might be attempting to murder another but as we have 4 kids (who are now grown) it reminded us of when our family was young - kind of nostalgic actually but not ideal). Overall, this was a minor "issue" and just an annoyance more than anything. To conclude, a very nice property with an outstanding location. If the internet and Wifi connectivity were corrected it would have been a 5-star stay even with the neighbors and their "heard of elephants." With today's technology, I'd like to see the internet work as advertised as this is a major amenity that I look for especially when I sneak out of work for a long weekend and have to attend a scheduled meeting (as a matter of fact, this is a deal-breaker; I won't book a stay if there is no available internet). If I were assured this was corrected I'd certainly book this rental again (and if this were corrected, this might be my preferred rental unit in the future. Just for clarity, we've stayed in many different rentals in Lincoln City and the surrounding beach areas; for the last several years my wife and I have spent a long weekend on the beach in this area every other month or so and have encountered both really nice as well as "nightmare" rentals).

We are also sincerely sorry that we were unable to provide a satisfying resolution to your wifi connectivity problems. Sea Gypsy Rentals is actively in the process of switching to a new, universal Wifi network for all of the units we manage, but unfortunately we're still correcting some of the bugs and discovering weak spots. Our service provider is aware of these issues, and we are eagerly awaiting their support so that we can provide a strong Wifi connection to every guest. We hope that it will be resolved soon. Furniture in need of some repairs. Lift chair right arm concerned that it might break off when adjusting in the chair. Kitchen table and chair were wobbly. Might just need screws tightened. But worried the chairs might give way inter a heavier person. Loved the walk-in shower. Looking forward to trying another room on our next visit.

Guppy Love

As always we enjoyed our time at Sea Gypsy. We have stayed in several of the condos here and all have been a home away from home. We found the bed very comfy. My husband and I enjoyed the dual shower heads. Dishwasher is a plus when on vacation. We appreciate the low beach access. I would recommend at least having a broom to sweep floors or a swifter. There were no cleaning products to clean microwave or stove or shower. We always bring some Clorox wipes so used them but would recommend something left so those staying could clean messes on surfaces with something besides a wet rag. We will most definitely be back for years to come. Truly one of our favorite places to stay.

We hoped it would be more accessible for my Mom who uses a walker, but the bathrooms and hallway were too narrow to easily navigate. She did appreciate the lift chair by the sliding doors so she could watch the ocean and the people passing by. She also loved the decorations, many of which were homemade. The apt itself was in good shape and we made use of the washer/dryer facility, also the pool.

always enjoy my stay here. The room was ok floors were a bit dirty really needed a good moping, turned my feet black when walking bare foot and could just see the dirtiness in the floors. Ie must say the bathroom in the bedroom wasn't cleaned either. toilet had poo on it and a little on the wall by the light switch. I did go get some Clorox wipes and clean the wall myself. It would have been nice to have a broom to sweep the floors after all we are on the beach sand is going to get in. a little too much traffic for me in this particular room, being right next to the beach stairway. I couldn't have the curtains open so many people coming and going. I plan on coming back every year God willing. thank you for a great week!

Everything was great other than the sleeper sofa. It is a terrible mattress that only a toddler could sleep on. You can feel every spring/coil and the bars. The toaster needs to be replaced. We also could not find the blue and white stripped towels that are to be used at the pool. You should also include that this unit is right next to the foot cleaning station, it was very noisy.

8 ball pool vacation

Room was nice with goo accommodations. Had plenty of items in kitchen needed to prepare meals. Location was great. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for years. The pillows were flat. The comforter set was old. My wife and I dreaded going to bed at night. We were there for nine days and were very uncomfortable with sore backs all weeks. Wish there was also a fan in the room . Humidity was high during sunny days on the coast. We will not be renting that room again.

We agree that this condo is pretty charming and having a fully stocked kitchen and being able to prepare meals or snacks at your leisure is very convenient!We are disheartened to hear that the bed and bedding were not to your liking and made your stay not as enjoyable as it could have been. Taking great care of our condos is our highest priority and we will ensure we investigate your feedback. Too many Electrical switches. & too many TV Remotes.....Otherwise we enjoyed our stay VERY MUCH...

Great time

Overall, this is a great, fun room. The only thing I would recommend….since the stairs are RIGHT THERE at your sliding glass door (SGD) , I would recommend a floor set change. Super simple…move the couch behind and parallel the table and SGD and move the tv to the right corner by the SGD and recliner to left side. Suddenly your guests will have a view of the ocean. Not just the stairs. Also add a screen to the other side of the SGD for privacy.

David, This unit does have mirrors over the bed, which we show in the pictures on the listing. We have replaced the microwave in the unit and it works fine now, thank you for informing us about it not working. We are glad that you were able to enjoy our amazing views, easy beach access, and centralized oceanfront location during your stay. While this unit may not have been to your tastes, we manage 59 other units. We hope you will give us another chance to impress you.

We loved our stay. It was comfortable and worked well for our family. We needed a quiet weekend and we got it! Thank you! Kids loved the mirrors! Note: The microwave didn't work, but didn't impact our trip in any way!

Enjoyed our stay

We love the Sea Gypsy. The weather was beautiful while we were there as well. We have stayed several times and the condos have always been very nice, clean and moderately stocked with basic essentials. We did want to let you know that the microwave doesn't seem to work, after 6 min my butter still had not melted, wasn't even soft. Also, the light with fan in the bathroom in the hall doesn't work properly, it flickers and dims to almost no light, thankfully there is another light in that bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as usual and will stay again in the future.

Great location

My husband and I had a great time! The place is cute and the access to the beach is literally right out the sliding glass door. It’s right next door to our favorite restaurant (Kyllos).
