À propos de cet hébergement
Egret Lodge
𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
Egret Lodge opens onto uninterrupted lake and woodland views, with no other properties in sight. Tall glass windows keep the living space bright and closely connected to nature throughout the day. Time moves easily between the decking, hot tub and water, before evenings gather for sunset. A calm, uncomplicated escape for groups seeking space, light and stillness by the lake.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲:
Egret Lodge sleeps six across three stylish en-suite bedrooms, plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. It’s perfect for that much needed ‘let’s get back together’ moment, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge space designed for relaxed group time. Huge windows keep the house bright throughout the day, and there’s a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and plenty of room to unwind.
𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
You’ll have full use of the lodge, the enclosed lakefront decking, the private hot tub, the outdoor dining area and the BBQ. The decking has direct access to the lake, and private parking is right outside the property.
Check in from 3PM and check out by 10AM. You can arrive at your own pace with self check-in via key box, just give us a call if you have any issues.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱:
Set within the beautiful Cotswold Lakes, you’re surrounded by over 180 lakes, woodland trails and quiet village lanes. The landscape feels open, green and peaceful in every direction. It's the perfect space to be active and explore, ideal for cycling, paddle-boarding, or just walking and enjoying the abundant wildlife and fresh air.
South Cerney is only a few minutes away and is one of the area’s most established villages. Think traditional stone cottages, small, friendly shops, lovely pubs and delightful cafés. Tree-lined lanes and village greens all lead directly towards scenic lakeside routes, so nature’s nearby even when you’re shopping.
Cirencester is about 10-15 minutes by car and offers boutique shopping, restaurants, markets, and a rich sense of history. Kemble Station is also close, with direct trains into London, making this spot practical for quick weekend visits as well as longer stays.
𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:
You’re well connected but nicely tucked away. A car is handy if you want to explore further, but we’re just off a main road with a nearby bus stop (route from Cheltenham to Swindon). Kemble station is about 15 minutes away with direct trains to London Paddington.
𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:
The house is dog friendly. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per dog). A travel cot and high chair are provided. Paddleboard hire is available on request, and decoration services can be arranged for special occasions.
Quiet hours run from 10:30PM to 8AM, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting: No parties, and no smoking indoors.
