Fantastic apartment with sea views, located on the seventh floor of a twelve-story building. Whith lift. Featuring a pleasant terrace to start your day, it boasts a communal chlorine pool measuring 32 meters in length by 25 meters in width, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 meters.
This charming and welcoming apartment greets you with a cozy atmosphere. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a comfortable chaise longue, creating a perfect space to relax or enjoy your favorite programs. The closed-style kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and offers all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals during your stay. For restful moments, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. A second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and another wardrobe. Completing this apartment is a bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and functionality. For additional guests, the apartment provides two sofa beds, one double and one single, offering additional accommodation options. Additionally, a washing machine is provided for added convenience during your stay.
