Luxury 12 person Villa with great views of Spanish Water and Caracas Bay.

Villa Serendipity offers a unique luxury stay at the most beautiful place in Curaçao, on top of the mountain with a phenomenal view over the Caracas Bay and the Spanish Water. The villa is located on the former Jan Thiel plantation close to the hotspots but in a quiet spot. In the garden are many shady spots to sit. It is great relaxing in the sun around the pool or in the 2nd pool with a glass of champagne and a great view of the Spanish Water and Caracas Bay. It doesn't get any better!!!

Villa Serendipity is unique in its location and from the home you have a great view of the Caracas Bay and Spanish Water. The living room is spacious and has a large kitchen island with a bar with bar stools, a spacious sofa with large TV equipped with netflix etc.

The villa has 6 bedrooms each with a private bathroom with rain shower, hand shower and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with luxury box spring and have 2 pillows per person. The comforter is cotton and all sheets are 1st quality bed linen. The 2 master bedrooms have a TV at the foot of the bed that goes up and down electrically. The room has its own closets or walk-in closets.

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer and ice cube machine. There is also an elevator that takes you from the garage to the living room/kitchen so no lugging suitcases and groceries. The garage offers space for several cars.

Under the canopy you will find a 12-seater table with luxurious chairs to enjoy long dinners. There is also a bar table with ceiling fan for great conversations and games. All this overlooking the pool.

Around the large pool are sunbeds with mattresses and beautiful places to sit in the shade. In the 2nd pool the so called champagne pool overlooking the Spanish water and the sea it is lovely to stay on the bar stools in the water.

Under the palapa in the garden you will find the lounge sofa and outdoor kitchen. This is equipped with a Green Egg XL barbecue for delicious BBQ evenings. In addition, from here you have a great view of the Spanish water.

In the base, 4 bedrooms are rented out on the living floor for a maximum of 8 guests. this is where the price shown is based on. These are 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed and 2 x single topper and 2 main bedrooms with a king-size bed with double topper and TV. For an additional charge, 2 additional bedrooms can be booked, each with a 2 person king size bed with 2 x 1 person topper. These bedrooms are located downstairs and are locked if not booked! Bed linen and towels are always per person booked.

Water consumption is included as well as the power per day up to a maximum of 40Kwh about the additional consumption of power you pay € 0.55 per KWh and is billed to you separately or settled with you. If it is indicated on your offer as a supplement you rent including Electra and we will settle afterwards based on fair use. If you book for longer than 7 days there is an in between cleaning where you get clean bed linen and towels. Furthermore, the house is cleaned. The cost of this is € 180 and will be charged to you. There are no further taxes applicable.
