The villa is furnished in such a way that you will experience an unforgettable stay with two people as well as sixteen.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Take a dip in the private pool and take a refreshing outdoor shower. The private pool is located on the top floor and is connected directly to the master bedroom via the terrace. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 5 bedrooms downstairs.

The evenings you can spend at the large outdoor table on the porch where of course the BBQ is not lacking, the cozy lounge sofas or, under the thatched palapa.

You stay at about 500 meters walking distance from the trendy Jan Thiel Beach, the beautiful beach clubs and spa such as Papagayo, very good restaurants, a supermarket, fitness club, diving schools, pick-up points for great trips such as to Klein Curacao . Just steps away are the famous salt pans of Jan Thiel, and the water sports mecca Het Spaanse Water a beautiful, protected lagoon with an exit to the Caribbean Sea. Diving and snorkeling enthusiasts are in for a treat.

You will have one bedroom per two people and automatically 3 bedrooms, if you want extra bedroom(s) this is possible at an additional cost of 50 USD per night.

The villa is not suitable for groups of young people, parties and loud music are not allowed. Baby beds and high chair are of course available.

Vista Royal is a beautiful neighborhood and one of the most popular areas on Curacao. Construction is underway in the neighborhood. Starting in October, construction will begin next to the villa and diagonally across from it, villa's are also being built there.

Water- and electricity use
Water on Curaçao is a precious commodity. We therefore kindly ask our guests to use water sparingly during their stay. In addition, normal electricity use, 60 KWH per day is included or in case of 18 persons or 8 bedrooms 80 KWH per day. Use above this there is an upcharge of 0,70 cents per KWH. Normal use of the villa will be well within these limits, which means on average if you have the air conditioning on at night there will be no extra consumption. If they are also on during the day and/or the airco in the living room and/or with the sliding doors open there will be extra consumption. We hope to avoid guests leave the airco's on with the doors open, which means a lot of unnecessary energy is lost.
