Nutkin Barn is a unique contemporary Scandi style barn with private parking in the coastal village of Nutbourne.
As you enter the property you will walk through the entrance hallway with a beautiful skylight, guiding the way to the stunning kitchen and open plan dining/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with the very best Gaggnea appliances, Nespresso Vertuo pod machine, a large sub-zero fridge/freezer, boiling water tap and a large, marble clad island. Beyond the kitchen you will find a large dining table, sofa area and large wall mounted flatscreen TV. There is also a log burner with seating area, perfect for reading a book by the fire. The ground floor features polished concrete with underfloor heating throughout.
Behind glass crittal doors you will find a snug with corner sofa and wall mounted TV, offering a cosy corner to stop and read a book, play a board game or to enjoy a movie.
There is plenty of space for dining and entertaining both inside and out and the open plan dining/kitchen area features stunning, full length glass sliding doors, opening the whole space onto the garden.
The property features five bedrooms, two with ensuites. There are also three bathrooms and two toilets split across both floors of the property.
At the front of the house you will find a dedicated study with desk and sofa and a large utility room with American open top washer/dryer and additional fridge/freezer. This space also doubles up as a 'dog room' and has an external entrance to the driveway with wet room facilities to wash your dog after a muddy walk through the fields to the sea! Use the stable door to the inside of the house to give your doggie time to dry off before entering the main house.
