Villa Sol A - Stunning beaches and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere

Summary:

​This newly renovated accommodation boasts a fresh and mediterranean style, whilst being fully equipped in the kitchen and living area. Most of the windows of the villa have a sea view, and there is air conditioning throughout. Just 600m from the Son Bou shopping centre and 800m from the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics such as: an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and even a coffee maker. There is also a private area for guests to enjoy the beautiful sunset views from their own terrace.



Please note, this villa is split into three ‘villa/apartment type accommodation’, which all share a communal pool.



The Space:

Inside the apartment, there are two double bedrooms, and a full bathroom. All are furnished with comfortable beds and a wardrobe for guests to store their clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a modern style.



Outside, there is a large community pool, solarium terrace which offers sea views, and outdoor furniture - to sit or dine outdoors.



Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £300.



Please note, there is a Tourist Tax Payment of 2.2EUR per person per night payable during check in. We will provide you details of our office before arrival.



Cots and highchairs are available for a small supplement.
