Great stay in an interesting neighborhood. Great walk for those that like to get their steps in to the Plaka and Acropolis. We found some nice restaurants and coffee and enjoyed the pedestrian lanes and street art. The home has lots of space for our group to spread out and get adjusted for our first few days in Greece.

Great property, was within walking distance of the Acropolis and Ancient Athens. Took about 20 minutes to walk there. Great space for our group we were 4 couples and really enjoyed the space.

We loved this place! It was so spacious and even had an elevator since there are so many stairs. It was close to all of the historical places in Athens, so we were able to walk to see the sites. The host was very responsive too.

Outstanding property with plenty of space. Thank goodness it has an elevator as there are 5 floors. Very nice and spacious. Communication was great.

We stayed two nights with a group of ten and had a fantastic experience. The property was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for a larger group—plenty of beds, private rooms for everyone, and generous common areas for gathering.The location was excellent. We were within easy walking distance of the Acropolis and a variety of nice restaurants. Taxis were also readily available, which was especially helpful for the older members of our group.Communication with the host was outstanding. She was responsive, helpful, and even arranged transportation to our cruise ship on the day we checked out—something we really appreciated.We had no issues during our stay and only wish we had more time to fully enjoy the space and explore more of Athens. Highly recommended for groups looking for a comfortable, well-located base in the city.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Athens. The location was perfect, with restaurants literally around the corner and an easy walk to both local dining options and the main city centre. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.Our group of eight found the villa spacious and very well laid out. There were separate rooms for each couple, and having enough washrooms for everyone made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The full kitchen was well equipped, and the large dining and common areas gave us plenty of space to gather, enjoy breakfast together, and spend quality time as a group.The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including reliable WIFI and air conditioning, which were greatly appreciated during our stay.What really stood out was that the villa exceeded our expectations. The photos and reviews looked great, but the property was even better in person. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Our contact was always readily available to answer questions and was incredibly kind and helpful.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Athens. We would happily stay here again!

Fabulous stay in a fabulous area

The place is massive and amazing. It was really clean, in a quiet area and close to shops. The host is very helpful and has great communication. The roof top deck and elevator were a huge hit. The restaurants in the neighbourhood are some of the best we experienced during our stay in Athens. Would definitely recommend this place.

Surprisingly spacious apartment

Our group of seven people (three elderly, two adults and two kids) fully enjoyed our stay. The elevator inside the apartment is really convenient. Alexandra was extremely responsive and we used the transportation service four times. Excellent restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend.

Communication was easy with the host and they went out of their way to accommodate our luggage before check in.Elevator made it easy to bring our luggage on different floors. Restaurants and stores at walking distance from VRBO. Bus stop at a reasonable walking distance.We were 5 couples and this VRBO had everything we needed for our stay.

Athens Adventure

The property was very nice, clean and secure. The elevator was a very nice feature. The neighborhood was not in the best area, but there were good restaurants and bakery close by. The property is best accessed by foot as it was hard to get close with a vehicle. The host had excellent recommendations and was extremely accommodating.

Location, location, spacious!

Being able to walk to so many interesting sights, and having a grocery and fabulous affordable restaurants nearby added so much to the already benefit of staying in a spacious and clean villa. And the managers were instantly responsive with answers to any question I asked about the villa or surrounds. We were a party of seven adults. I'd recommend this to anyone. Great place!

Wonderful place to stay

It is an amazing property and fit our needs well. My only complaint was the watering of the outdoor plants. The water pooled on the stairs in the entryway and made it slippery and I did slip and take a nasty fall. However, that aside, the property is exactly as advertised and very comfortable with a wonderful restaurant around the corner. I do recommend it, just watch your step.

Three Nights in September 2023

We were a group of 8, coming from different locations to spend 3 nights at the apartment before a cruise. The apartment was spacious and comfortable although a bit vertical, having multiple levels. The elevator came in handy. Alexandra and Nandia were very responsive to all of my questions and arranged for transportation from the airport to the apartment and the apartment to the cruise terminal. That was very helpful. The apartment was about a 10 minute walk to 2 nearby subway stations providing easy access to the places we wanted to see in Athens. Overall it was a very good experience.

Great Experience

The property is exactly as advertised. Spacious and well maintained. A few things could use a little updating, but those are minor. The host and representative were helpful and responsive. We had access to all 4 floors. The special surprise was a working elevator in the center of the property which was really useful to our senior member as we moved through the property. Shopping and restaurants are just paces from the front door. Great choice and experience. Highly recommended.

Spacious and convenient urban base for family of 5

Fantastic communication throughout the whole process, and the shuttle from the airport was super helpful. We were met in the house by Penny who shared great information about local places to eat. Very spacious for our family of 5, including two teens and a 9 year old. The walk to the Acropolis is about 30 min, a bit further to the Plaka, but also very close (17 min) to the Larissa train station which we took to Meteora. And the market/store is super close! The restaurant outside provided a jovial (though late) atmosphere and had great/interesting food which we thoroughly enjoyed. Air conditioning, WiFi, hot water were excellent and elevator was great. Back courtyard was not really useable as I’d hoped, but top roof and front patio had seating.

Gorgeous, spacious fortress, walking distance to the Acropolis

This incredible property is absolutely stunning, with more space than you can imagine at a very reasonable price. Kitchen and living spaces are beautifully appointed, huge windows for substantial light, and patio and rooftop deck. In-house elevator was a nice surprise!
