VILLA BETTI - FLORENCE AREA
A stunning villa with a private swimming pool in the Florence area of Tuscany, Villa Betti sits in 14,000 sqm of park with beautiful views over the countryside. Shops, restaurants, and transport links are within 3 km of the villa, Vicchio (where Giotto and Fra Angelico were born) is 6 km away and the city of Florence, with its many attractions, is 41 km away. You will also find plenty of activities to enjoy nearby, including canoeing, sailing, and windsurfing on Lake Bilancino and golf at the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club.
Villa Betti (500 sqm) develops over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance with a fireplace, two living rooms (with sofas, one leading to a covered loggia), a dining room (with a table seating 14) and a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 5 burners, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker). There are also two guest bathrooms (one with toilet/washing machine and one with toilet).
On the first floor, there is a living room (with sofa and satellite TV), six bedrooms and four bathrooms:
- two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet)
- two double bedrooms (with double beds)
- two twin bedrooms (with two single beds)
