The 5th bedroom doubles up as a media room and for the energetic, there’s also a table tennis table and outdoor exercise area for those who like to stay active on holiday. Your rental includes the services of a cook (prepares 2 consecutive meals per day) and a housekeeper service, 6 days per week.

Please note the 5th bedroom also acts as the media room and is set up as a 5th bedroom on request. This 5th bedroom is ideal for 2 children or young adults or 1 adult and a child or 1 adult. It's not suitable for 2 adults.

There are steps down to the sea where the swimming is fantastic. It is worth noting that you sunbathe on the villa’s terrace as it’s a tidal area below. If there is a swell or a storm and the beach by the villa cannot be used then there is another beach just a 3-minute walk away.

It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but as a result of sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur including a narrower beach and more rocks visible.

This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
