Tranquility gardens suite 2BR apartment is centrally located in Lapad. Everything you might need during your vacation is close by. Old town is in walking distance and bus stup is approx. 200 meters away.
Fully equipped kitchen provides everything you might need to prepare perfect meal such as: refrigerator, coffee machine Dolce gusto, electric kettle. stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster and kitchen utensils.
One bedroom compromise double bed and single bed and another compromise double bed.
The bathroom includes shower, hairdryer and washing machine.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Great stay!

It was a great stay. Good location and clean with a very convenient shop just outside the door. Good central location for walking to all locations. However there were a few safety and convenience issues with the plugs in the kitchen not working. We had to use hot kettles, sandwich makers and coffee makers in inconvenient places. Also the one set of sockets were loose and need fixing, to the wall in the bedroom. Also the civer to the boiler was loose and off... Having said that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

High-end vacation!

Beautiful apartment. Plenty of room for the three of us. The outdoor seating was a wonderful addition. Just over a km to the beach which was a pleasant walk. Old town was close and cheap to get there by Uber. Plenty of restaurants in old town and by the docks. The air conditioning was very welcome on the hotter days. The local shop just outside the door.

Great stay!

A lovely apartment with a supermarket next to the apartment block. Easy to get an Uber to the old town or walk to Lapad Beach. Everything was in working order, the hot tub is in the second outdoor area off one of the bedrooms. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke as others have also said in their reviews but it wasn’t overwhelming. The apartment was very clean and tidy with good air conditioning. Martina was very quick to respond to messages, helping us to book transport from the airport on arrival. This made getting to the apartment very easy.

This was a beautiful, clean and convinient place. We managed to find parking always next to the apartment...though tight. Small supermarket next to the apartment where one can get daily groceries. The apartment had spacious bedrooms and bathroom. There is also a small private furnished court yard where one can sit and relax. There is also cooling and heating that works. Marta and Ivan were very helpful with the information we needed, and they always replied to calls and messages. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to explore Dubrovnik.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

It is in a really good location for both Lapad and the old town Dubrovnik if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk (5 minute taxi). Unfortunately the hot tub did not work and was not fixed while we were there which was a real shame as it was a key reason we chose this property. There were also a lot of ants on arrival due to the floor having not been cleaned properly and this couldn’t be rectified until the following day due to the owner only having one set of keys (there were also some dirty plates in the cupboard). There is also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the property which didn’t leave while we were there (not great for a group of non smokers). The beds were very comfortable and the property overall was clean and suited us well for the holiday!

Great stay!

The place was good. Unfortunately when we entered there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. This was not great as we are non smokers. The hot tub was a great selling point but there was no notice that it would take a full day to heat and so we could not use it as we figured this out towards the end of our stay or that it was in a separate area to the outside seating area. There is a good supermarket right outside which was very convenient. Short ride into old town by Uber and a scenic 30 min walk. Martina was really nice and a great host very responsive as we were desperately trying to find medicine from the pharmacy but as it was a bank holiday this proved to be difficult as everything was shut. We had a lovely holiday.

Pur essendo dotata di un solo bagno, la casa aveva tutto il necessario: utensili, elettrodomestici funzionanti (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffĂš) etc. Inoltre, al nostro arrivo, la casa era pulita e l'host si Ăš mostrato disponibile.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Alloggio pulito, ordinato, con tutto l’occorrente necessario. Il giardinetto era meraviglioso, la cucina ben attrezzata, come anche le camere da letto e ovviamente il bagno . La casa ù distante da old town a piedi, ovvero il centro storico, ma in una posizione comoda per raggiungere la promenade di Lapad che ù una bellissima zona sul mare, in circa 25 minuti a piedi, per il resto ù stato necessario muoversi con Uber, che lì a Dubrovnik ù molto economico. Avremmo preferito un minimo di elasticità nel check-out e non una precisione rigida nell’orario previsto, ma per il resto ù andato tutto perfettamente e abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto l’alloggio.
