Our house is thoughtfully designed with our guests in mind. Both stylish double bedrooms with ensuite showers make our place ideal for families and festive gatherings.
The Juliet balcony completes a spacious living area. Enjoy free driveway parking with an EV charger, ensuring stress-free holidays.

The space
An exquisite and stylish brand-new build.
Be amongst the first to experience living in style and comfort in our amazing home.
Parking -
Enjoy the convenience of free driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles, the driveway comes complete with an EV charger which can be used for free during the evening and night time.
Ground Floor -
Enter through the front door and be immediately met by the homely feel and quirky art we have chosen to complete our wonderful space.
Convenient, bright, and airy describes Bedroom 1 which can be found on the ground floor alongside an en-suite bathroom with shower.
First Floor -
(Must climb steps to access first and second floors)
Living area - where comfort meets style, our well-designed living area is complete with an ultra-comfy sofa and dining table for 4 people.
_Juliet's balcony completes this wonderful living space from which one can enjoy a glass of something refreshing in the summer or maybe a cup of something warm in the winter.
Kitchen - A fully equipped kitchen awaits where family and friends can cook and enjoy time spent together during meal times.
Second Floor -
_The second floor is entered via a winding staircase at the top of which you will discover our lavish master. With a luxurious double bed and built-in wardrobes to make sure your belongings are stowed safely and conveniently during your stay.
The master also boasts an ensuite bathroom to ensure there is no rush or fight to get to the bathroom in the morning.
Guest access
Guests can access the whole property.

Additional rules
Please lock the door and replace the key when vacating the property.
Please switch off the heating before vacating the property at any time.
Please do not leave dishes or cutlery out, everything must be washed and put away where you found it.
Any extra cleaning required will be charged to the guest at a rate of £30 per hour plus the cost of any damages.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
