Villa Noto, nestled in the serene hills of Noto, Syracuse, offers an idyllic retreat with its expansive garden and inviting swimming pool. This elegant villa boasts a terraced design that provides breathtaking sea views, complemented by an annex featuring a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The heart of the villa is its open-plan living space, incorporating a cozy living room with a sofa and TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, juicer, and oven. Sleeping arrangements include two queen-sized bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms with showers.
The villa's charm is enhanced by its extensive terraces, furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for relaxation or entertaining. A highlight is the private pool, along with a traditional wood-burning oven and barbecue for al fresco dining. Guests will enjoy modern conveniences such as a washing machine, iron, air conditioning, heating via a heat pump and wood stove, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool available from June 1st to September 15th.
