"Apartment 1" is part of an Old Vicarage in the conservation area of the North Norfolk village of Old Hunstanton. The property is situated on the edge of the parkland of Old Hunstanton Hall. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and occupies the 1st and 2nd floor of this imposing former Vicarage. The property is within walking distance (about half a mile) of the beautiful beaches of Old Hunstanton.
The area has many attractions including the Sandringham Estate and also Holkham Hall and the medieval town of Kings Lynn.
There are several well-known links golf courses at Old Hunstanton, Brancaster & Cromer and for sailing you have excellent facilities at Brancaster Staithe and the marshes at Titchwell are renowned for their opportunities for bird watching.
A private staircase leads you to the 1st floor of the property which contains a spacious living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom and separate shower room. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms, bedroom 1 king size bed, bedroom 2 has 2 double beds. There is a large shared garden (approx 1/2 acre) with patio for general use.
