Hi Vivienne, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The property you stayed in is rated sapphire, which is an older lower grade property. They are great value for money, and hugely popular with families, however due to their age they do have signs of wear and tear and historical maintenance . This is advertised at this grading prior to placing a booking. We have over 600 properties across 60+ holiday parks so hope we can welcome you on another stay in the future. They are great value for money, and hugely popular with families, however due to their age they do have signs of wear and tear and historical maintenance . We would always advise guests to ‘message the host’ if they have specific requirements for their stay so they can make sure the accommodation they book will be suitable for their holiday plans. We do our utmost to make sure the information is available and urge all guests to read all the paperwork and booking terms relating to their future booking. We take any issues of cleanliness very seriously, there are cleaning procedures and processes in place, so it is very disappointing if some areas were overlooked on this occasion. We do wish you had contacted us regarding this on your stay as we would of have promptly acted to get the cleaning company and maintenance out to you that day to rectify this for you with no inconvenience to yourself. We have a 24/7 maintenance number for guests to call is there is any issue on stay. We would never want a guest to be disappointed in their stay and I truly hope you will allow us the opportunity to change your opinion as we have over 600 properties on our website and these are over 60 parks, so maybe a there is a park or property more suitable for your next stay.
