Great location to the beach, arcades and a nice walk to the town

Caravan was nice and clean plenty of room room for two adults and a child. Down side no freezer for ice creams etc and the boiler gave out extremely hot water or cold water

A few Days in Hunstanton

Our stay was on a very quiet park near to the sea front. There was a very friendly couple living on site to help out with any problems. The caravan was very well equipped and was spotless. It was the perfect place for us and I highly recommend it for short breaks.

Enjoyable Stay

Vary basic caravan but didn't effect our stay due to amount of time spent in it ..no iron or board no hoover but these could be borrowed from the site manager but not an ideal option

Lees caravan park

Had a lovely time. Quiet small park. Caravan was very clean but also needs a bit of work doing to it. The coffee table is made of laminate and peeling away badly and it could do with a new couch as the current one starting to Frey in places. Also the mattresses aren’t comfortable and are very worn. Would definatly stay at park again though as it has excellent dog walks right on the doorstep. Overall the park is immaculate

Needs a refurb

Mattress in urgent need of replacing. Whole place tired, notices saying “if this doesn’t work, try that”. Slightly damp.

They are great value for money, and hugely popular with families, however due to their age they do show signs of wear and tear and historical maintenance. We had a love stay

The continuous reminders from Property Manager was a bit too much and unnecessary as I already knew when I needed to vacate the property but apart from that our experience was great.

Our weeks getaway

Lovely quite site and well maintained. Rated caravan five star, and Hunstanton. Lots to do beach, fun fair + amusement arcades, good eating places and shops. Dog friendly .

Wouldn’t stay in winter

As stated all went ok, from booking to stay. Amazingly clean, spacious and well equipped. However the van is very old, with paint peeling etc. When the wind blows outside the curtains blow inside. Although it was August it was very cold.

My experience

Unfortunately I ended up in hospital for 5 days.but every one on the site was most helpful to my wife and family and they had a nice time.

Ok for a short break

The caravan was clean and spacious but a little dated. That said it was in a good location for access the beach, local cafe & seafront. There was a Tesco nearby which was handy for anything we forgot to pack. The only down side was the double mattress, it really needs replacing, it wasn't at all comfortable and had creaking metal springs inside! Some new pillows wouldn't go a miss either as they were flat and had seen better days. I enjoyed Hunstanton but was glad to get back to my own bed!

Lovely for a few days

Nice caravan, was ideal for a few days, nice to have room round the sides of the double bed to walk round. Would recommend.

Short and sweet

We had a lovely time in Hunstanton, staying at this small and quiet location very close to the beach. The mobile home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for children who enjoyed the fair and the aquarium, as well as the bracing Norfolk air on the beach. Shame we couldn't stay longer.

Lovely weekend

Had a quiet 3 day break, caravan was clean and tidy. We took our 2 dogs with us for the break... the caravan did not smell of dogs Or that dogs had been allowed in there. Would go back.
