This luxurious beachfront apartment in Protaras offers an exquisite blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Situated within walking distance to pristine beaches and local amenities, and just a few minutes' drive from the main Protaras strip, it is the perfect destination for a serene and relaxing getaway.
Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, all designed to maximize the stunning sea views. The living room features a cozy seating area, a widescreen TV, and patio doors that lead to a spacious balcony with a seating area, perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery. The dining area comfortably seats six, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, utensils, and a kitchen island with additional seating for two.
The two well-appointed bedrooms each boast double beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and spectacular sea views. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a comfortable single sofa bed. Additionally, there is a main family bathroom with a shower and WC.
