Il s'agit d'une villa de deux chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, avec une chambre double et une twin, plus 2 canapés-lits confortables dans le salon. Cette villa est équipée de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour profiter de vacances parfaites. Il y a une salle de bain familiale au premier étage et un vestiaire en bas. Le wifi et un coffre-fort sont également disponibles. Vous pouvez soit prendre un bain de soleil et nager dans votre propre piscine privée, soit à seulement 5 minutes à pied il y a des bars, des magasins et des restaurants locaux pour profiter de cette soirée relaxante. La plage de la côte d'or et le pittoresque port de pêche / port de plaisance sont à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Sur le complexe, il y a un terrain de basket, une aire de jeux pour enfants et une aire de pique-nique, il y a donc de quoi occuper toute la famille.

Superb Villa Luca In Pernera

Excellent family holiday. The Villa has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool at the property was perfect for a swim and cooling off after a day in sunshine.

My family and I had an amazing two week stay at this villa.

The villa was amazing! Close to shops and bars and the beach only a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again. The owner so accommodating and friendly. Had the best time here.

We had a lovely time in Cyprus.The villa was lovely all nice and clean.We had both sets Towels/Sunbed .Every thing was lovely,Would recommend to family and friends, location was great, nearby shops,buses ran regular.Lovely beach nearby. Thank you so much

Very impressed with villa and pool nice quiet area Kitchen utensils very clean and looked new Owners very nice and friendly, was very nice of them to text the morning of our departure to wish us a safe journey home. Welcome pack was very nice and helpful that we could have a cup of tea when we reached the villa Will hopefully return later this year

Clean, Friendly and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa, it had all that we were looking for including often over looked things like a safe and some toys for the kids in the pool. Dealing with Helen was a pleasure and we would happily stay again.

I stayed here for 9 days, the Villa is beautiful, has all amenities you would expect back home, it was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated . It is centrally based so all the tourist attractions are easily accessable. would def stay here again Lisa

Fabulous

What a fantastic location and property, just right for a small family. It was very clean, the pool was great and there's a beach at the end of the road - what more could you want? The Pinia restaurant just aroud the corner is great for Cypriot food. We'll be back...

Relaxing family holiday

Great host who ensured we had everything we needed before we left the UK for a smooth arrival. Always responded promptly to any messages sent. Property was very clean. Welcome package of essentials and pool towels provided. Perfect for a family of four. Great pool, good size and cleaned regularly. Quiet area, 10-15 min walk to plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets. Short drive to larger supermarkets and beautiful beaches. Well placed to explore the surrounding areas of Protaras & Ayia Napa.

Better than the pictures

The villa is definitely better than the pictures shown and had a good layout of what you need to make your stay comfortable The only thing which could do with a small service is the airconditioning as started dripping on my head in bed but solved this by pulling the bed away from the wall Overall great place to stay and very good financially Thank you

Overall this villa was just what we required. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the white goods, but apart from this it was ideal. We were at a wedding at the Golden Coast resort, which is approx a 5 minute walk away and Pernera strip was only a 10/15 minute walk.

Lovely relaxing stay

Arrived at the villa at 1.30am. Easily found with the directions given by the host. Welcome pack was a great touch. Villa was clean, linen clean and fresh. Villa had everything we could need and plenty of room. Pool was a good size. Great powerful outdoor shower. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Good communication from the rental agency. Overall we had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay and would love to return one day.

Thoroughly Enjoyable Stay

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay at this villa. Communication up front with the owner was good and the visit from the local agent on our first morning was a nice touch; allowing us to get really useful info on local supermarkets and the surrounding area. The pool was a little cool for us in October but still usable. You can chase the sun around the garden for most of the day. It is handily located for the beach and the boardwalk all the way to Fig Tree Bay and Protaras. I heartily recommend the meze at the local restaurant Pinia (5 mins walk away).

Very good location. Villa bright & clean.

Overall enjoyable, only 1 problem, with 4 gardens backing onto one another. You could be unlucky noise wise, one permanent neighbour has THREE dogs! These were a nuisance & we had to complain several times. Dogs apart villa was good & owners agents were very helpful and friendly!

Our fantastic two week stay in this fabulous villa

The stay for us was 22nd June-7th July 2013. This lovey villa was a joy throughout our stay. It is well proportioned and has all a Holidaymaker needs in terms of fixtures and fittings and Air Con throughout. Having a nice private pool was great for cooling down and having the odd day off from the beach and other island attractions.It is situated within an easy 5 minutes walk to the sea and very nice beech side bars and restaurants, The villa and pool were spotless and well maintained by visits from cleaners and the pool guys.Helen and Nick arranged all we needed very well indeed.We visited 10-12 local restaurants in Pernera town (10mins walk) all of which were very good we felt. There are lots of things to do and many more beaches and Ayia Napa is within easy reach by cab/car or bus.We would recommend this villa without question and will certainly be returning next year to repeat our wonderfully enjoyable and relaxing two week break.

The perfect holiday home!

We stayed here fromthe 26th June to the 9th July and would definetely come back here again! Helen was really helpful when we were booking the villa and answered all pur questions no matter how big or small they were. Helen also helped us out with booking transfers for us from the airport to the villa. Jan and Sue who met us the day after our arrival were also very helpful! They answered all our questions and gave us some reccomendations on restaurants etc. They were also very nice and allowed us to extend our check out time due to our late flight home back to the UK. When we arrived at the villa it was a little hard to locate but with Helen's information sheet containing the directions and with a locals help we found it in no time. There was a little hamper with fresh milk, orange juice, LOVELY cherry jam and butter and marmalae as well as water and a loaf of bread which was very nice to have after a long flight and trip from the airport. The villa was in a lovely area surrounded by other villas. it was fully equiped with everything you could possibly need throughout your stay. There were plenty of leaflets and travel guides in the living room which we found very useful. The villa is located about 5 mins to the nearest restaurant (Pinia) and under 10 mins in either direction to a local supermarket. It's at max 15 minute walk to the beach and about 15 miutes to pernera where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars etc. Perfect location! This Villa would be suitable for everyone, i honestly cannot fault it. Thank you for letting us stay, Chloe and Ciaran

Lovely Villa

It’s an excellent property that’s near amenities. The owner is easily accessible. What’s advertised is what you see upon arrival and hence I have given it a rating of 5 stars. I was allowed a late check out as my flight was late in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil Villa then this one is the right one for you.

Charmant séjour!

Les photos de l'annonce pourraient être mises à jour car la réalité n'est plus aussi "neuve" que présentée mais les prestations sont telles que je les attendais. Le passage, un jour sur deux, d'un technicien d'entretien de la piscine fut une surprise remarquable et contribua à rendre nos moments passés dans le jardin particulièrement agréables. Je recommande cette villa dont la propriétaire est, par ailleurs, très attentionnée envers ses clients. Et merci à Kate pour l'excellent travail fourni sur place 😉!

Excellent property and location

The Villa is also only about 10 minutes walk to the new promenade that gives easy access to several beaches and a number of good restaurants. We arrived late in the evening and walked to the excellent Pinia taverna that is just around the corner. The villa had most of everything that we wanted although some of the equipment and fittings were beginning to show their age. The weather got very hot during our stay so it was great to have the pool that was professionally cleaned twice a week. Would recommend the property for anyone looking for a relatively quiet area but with easy access to beaches & restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Nice villa for 4 persons

We were a party of 3 adults and 3 children. The problem this presented was that one adult was required to sleep on one of the sofa beds in the front room. Whilst I enjoy a firm bed, both sofa beds were only half a step up from sleeping on a concrete floor. Not only did this make sleeping difficult, sitting was also an issue. However, despite this long "gripe" it was the only real fault we found with what is a peaceful retreat, with all the amenities you would have at home, but with a pool thrown in - which the children made full use of. We also found the local beach very family friendly and a bonus in being just a short walk away.
