Experience Athens in a whole new way from our tiny yet mighty rooftop apartment! This 12sqm micro space may be small, but it's packed with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. From a comfortable working desk with high-speed Wi-Fi for solo travelers to a kitchen with all the essentials, we've got you covered. And when it's time to unwind, kick back in front of the large 43" smart 4K TV and watch Netflix, or take in the stunning view from the rooftop terrace to imagine finding your Zen while doing yoga or meditating with our yoga mat provided for you. Rest assured, a comfortable twin bed with 20cm hypo-allergic natural latex mattress awaits you for a restful night's sleep. Plus, our washing machine means you can pack light and still have clean clothes for your whole trip.
📍Located smack dab at the heartbeat of the city center, our apartment is just a quick blink away from the bustling streets of Kolokotroni Street (ranks 12th of the coolest street in the world based on Time Out in 2022) and Ermou Street (a vibrant pedestrian shopping destination). And if that's not enough to get your heart racing, we're also surrounded by not one, not two, but three metro stations - Panepistimio (a mere 350m away), Monastiraki (only 450m away), and Syntagma (just 650m away). You won't have to travel far to get your fix of Athens' vibrant energy and rich culture, with historical sites like Acropolis just a 15-minute walk away too, you won't waste any time getting to where you need to be. Did we mention the jaw-dropping views of the Acropolis from our rooftop apartment?

Our rooftop apartment is on the top floor (you need to hop on the elevator/lift to the 6th floor, then buckle up for a stairway journey to the 7th floor). 🚀🌆✨

Other things to note 📑: just a heads up - Greek law (article 111 of law 4466/2016) requires all short-term reservations to be registered with AADE. So, before your arrival, we'll need your European ID or passport details (for both European and non-European citizens) and VAT number (for Greek citizens) on file. Don't worry, it's just a quick formality to ensure everything is above board.
