Notez que le Mountain Lodge lui-même est un bâtiment ancien. Des améliorations mineures sont en cours. Cependant, le bâtiment doit être mis à jour. La plupart des gens aiment Mountain Lodge en raison de son emplacement et de ses parties communes (aucun des bâtiments de Mountain n��a d����énormes espaces communs comme Mountain Lodge). Mes condos sont mis à jour et confortables et les clients les aiment.

L'emplacement est PRIME! L'ascenseur Ball Hooter est un ascenseur quad à grande vitesse qui dessert la région du village. C'est juste �� l'extérieur de la porte arri��re du Mountain Lodge. Nous sommes vraiment ski in, ski out. La piste pour débutants, Skidder, se trouve également à quelques pas. Nous sommes assez proches de l'ascenseur pour que vous puissiez venir d��jeuner ou faire une pause. Mountain Lodge est également proche de la navette qui vous mènera au ski nocturne à Silver Creek. Split Rock Pool est également juste en bas des marches et à quelques mètres. C'est une piscine géniale. Great location and very clean
Place was basic but kept extremely clean. Can’t beat the location, the ballhooter lift is right behind the building. The big bunk bed was convenient for our family of four. Would love to come back, thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful NYE getaway
My husband and I invited our entire family to Snowshoe for a weekend of skiing and winter activities. Our location was perfect- easy access to slopes, the Village for shopping and restaurants, snow tubing and ATV rides. We couldn’t have asked for better VRBO hosts- wonderful communication from them before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend them and would rent from them again in the future.

Great location. Old Building in need of upgrades.
Room was clean. Housekeeper and Maintenance staff were wonderful. Upgrades are needed for a more comfortable stay. Largest complaint was the temperature control of the unit. Had to turn off thermostat and open windows with 30-40 temps to be comfortable in the unit.

You get what you pay for.
Mountain Lodge 345 was an ok enough place to stay. The room looked more luxurious online and was underwhelming at arrival. It was constantly hot and we had to have a window open most of the time. The mattress leaves much to be desired and the shower “screams” if you put the pressure on full blast. Overall it’s an okay place to stay. It’s one of those that you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for an affordable option and willing to sacrifice some luxuries this may be for you. However, I will pay a little more and stay else where.

Had a great stay
We were grateful to stay so close to the slopes and the Village on a holiday week. The room was nice, but a couple small upgrades (new sheets to replace nice sheets with a couple small stains, a face plate cover is missing in the bedroom, an under-the-cabinet light in the kitchen doesn’t work, etc.) would make a big difference. Also the front hallway ski storage area is awesome, but I would recommend doing a row of extra hooks in the same hallway for coats and ski pants. We had a great stay overall and our family of 6 was comfortable. I was grateful that housekeeping paid attention to the number of occupants and we had the perfect number of towels, washcloths, and sheets/blankets. Also, this is no reflection on the actual room, but I was unimpressed with the front desk staff at Mountain Lodge. They had no information about Snowshoe or even the exact pricing of their own amenities. I was surprised for example to learn that the indoor playground cost money to use. And I was told that it was “5.99 an hour. Oh wait, I think it costs more now. Maybe about $10 an hour.” We would stay in this room again and had good communication with the owner. The holiday pricing was high but comparable to the other options. We loved staying at a ski in/ski out lodge.

Room alright but Lodge was very poor quality.
The photos of the room are accurate. However, the Mountain Lodge property is a 1 star at best. Conditions of lobby, elevators, and fitness equipment were well below average. Property was dirty and staff seemed to have no desire to help. Climate control in lodge and room was terrible. Unable to reduce heat short of turning it off. For the amount of money paid for the room, I would have expected a hair dryer instead of having to rent one from the front desk at a rate of $5/day. Room advertised as sleeping up to 4. However, living room only seats 3 with the sofa. No other chairs other than the stools at the table. Arcade and fitness center advertised, but fitness center and half of arcade games were out of service. Staff had no idea they weren't working. We have stayed at Allegheny Springs and Rimfire and will definitely be spending the money to go there next time. We paid all the way through Sunday but left on Saturday afternoon because driving all night home was better than another night in that room and lodge. Never again Mountain Lodge in Snowshoe, WV.

I believe feedback is a gift and I appreciate it. Definitely, based on this feedback, Mountain Lodge is not for you and I request you not to book again. I have reached out to Mountain Lodge management for validating the feedback and taking appropriate action on things we can improve.
We are aware this is an older building in the Snowshoe family of properties. However, it has modernized with Internet access for each condo. It has a very convenient Parking lot.It has tons of space in common area where you can hang out together with family and friends.
For my future guests who love Mountain Lodge, this is a perfect example of a guest losing credibility when they do not take the time to think through their rating. There was a lot of effort in hosting this guest and answering his questions/concerns. Throughout the stay, the guest seemed happy and then rated their stay 1-star due to the age of the building. I am very disappointed by Dan's inaccurate rating of the room and hope my future guests will consider this rating as a one off. This unit is rated a Deluxe property by Snowshoe as this unit has been upgraded within the last year.. I am choosing to feature this review so that my future guests read this first. With the level of effort hosts like me provide and open our homes to our guests, this is unfair and inaccurate review.

Covienent with no frills
Everything was ok the appliances were nice. The futon instead of pull out couch was a small issue and the queen bedroom was overly warm.

I would add to the description that there is a Keurig coffee maker in the room. If we had known we would have brought pods for it.
