We present AQUA, a delightful holiday apartment located in the charming town of Manerba del Garda, just 15 minutes walk from the Romantica beach, offering an ideal position to enjoy Lake Garda. The apartment is located within a well-kept residence, which offers an infinity pool with a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake.
The Aqua holiday apartment is ideal for a couple or a family of up to 4 people. . Small pets are welcome in this apartment. Outside, you will find two private porches, one sunny and one in the shade, which will allow you to always find some refreshment. Inside, the living room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is also a Nescafè Dolce Gusto machine to always enjoy an excellent coffee. The double bedroom has mosquito nets and direct access to the shaded porch. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. From 2025 there will be air conditioning in the apartment. The residence in which the apartment is located offers very pleasant and well-kept common areas, with typical Mediterranean vegetation and a spacious swimming pool with solarium area and view of the lake. You will have two sun loungers and an umbrella at your disposal to relax by the pool. The pool is also ideal for children, thanks to an area with a height of 0.60 m.
Even if the apartment does not have private parking, don't worry, there are free public parking lots nearby, which will allow you to park your car comfortably without any additional cost.
