Double bedroom with mosquito screens and direct access to the shaded terrace
Bathroom with shower and washing machine
From 2025 the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.
Please note: the ideal summer temperature is around 25 °C. Setting it lower is unnecessary, reduces comfort, and puts extra strain on the system. A conscious use also helps protect the environment.
