L'incanto - Montecarlo ,Tuscany

L’Incanto (charm), the name describes well the character of the house – is a wonderful and characteristic stone mansion which is set amidst full nature, on the hills of the medieval hamlet of Montecarlo.
The holiday home forms part of spacious grounds (9 hectares) – the garden measures 1 hectare and is set in terraces, partly fenced. The garden disposes of a swimming pool (built in earth, 12 x 5m, internal steps, depth: 1.40m) which is fenced and at the exclusive use of the guests. There is also a pergola with a table and chairs, traditional brick barbeque.
Five star object with 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, wifi in the house and garden, mosquito nets on the windows, well equipped kitchen with all comfort.

The splendid swimming pool (built in earth, 12 x 5m, internal steps, depth: 1.40m, completely fenced – wooden fence with wire-netting height: 90 cm – water from the well treated with salt) is equipped with wifi, electricity, 4 deckchairs, 4 sun-beds, shade-sail: 24 mq (6 m x 4m ), pool towels and is at the exclusive use of the guests.
The swimming pool is open during the months of June, July and August, on request during the months of May and September.

The house disposes of an automatic entrance gate, 3 parkings lots in the vicinity of the house, herb garden, drinking water in the house, airconditioning and mosquito nets in all bedrooms. The owners offer a welcome pack consisting of water (still and sparkling), 1 bottle of olive oil of Montecarlo and 1 bottle of red and white wine of Montecarlo.

L’Incanto has a huge part of the garden and swimming pool which is fenced (see Google maps photo) with low voltage current to avoid damages caused by wild boars. The current is on from 17:00h till 07:00h, not during daytime. The fenced part of the garden has various entrances/exits. It is neither dangerious for human beings nor for animals.

The house is furnished in a well-cared country style with some antique pieces of furniture, the walls are painted in pastel colours, beamed ceilings. The owners put great effort in maintaining the original elements of the house – the accessories are really five star level!

The maximum number of persons admitted during low season, when the swimming pool is closed, is 6; in this case the dependence will remain closed.

Mainhouse: groundfloor: livingroom with 2 couches (one with 3 seats and one with 2 seats), 1 upholstered chair, fire-place, tv, cd player, traditional brick kitchen with stove, 2 electric oven, electric deep-fryer, vintage wood burning stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filtercoffeebrewer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dining table, exit onto the garden, pergola equipped with a wooden table, garden furniture, traditional brick barbeque, wood burning oven.
There is a utility room on the lower floor with iron, cleaning accessories, drying rack, 1 bathroom with wc, bidet and basin.
1st floor: 1 double bedroom with a king sized bed (four-poster), fire-place, 1 upholstered chair, 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin (airconditioned and mosquito nets), 1 double bedroom with a king sized bed with 1 en-suite bathroom with jacuzzy tub/shower, wc, bidet and basin (airconditioned and mosquito nets), 1 double bedroom with a double bed (divisible – 2 single beds), 1 upholstered chair, 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin (airconditioned, mosquito nets).
There is laundry room on the lower floor with washing machine, basin, drying rack, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin)

Dependance: ground floor – lies on the level of the main garden: kitchen-cum-dining with stove, fridge/freezer, basin, dining table, internal and external staircase to the lower floor (also ground floor, located on a lower ground terrace): 1 double bedroom, table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, exit onto the garden, 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin.
In the dependence there is a portable air condition at guest’s disposal.

All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH.
The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
