This old mansion, which was built around the year 1665, lies on gentle, sloping hills 7km from Lucca amidst woods of acacias, pine-tree, oaks and silver shining olive trees.
There is a new covered outdoor area, for all ages, equipped with board games!
“Colle dei Grilli” was restored with great care by the owners and converted into a perfect holiday home with any comfort that you may require. The location guarantees its guests complete relax and privacy and is an ideal basis to discover the famous art cities of Tuscany.
“Colle dei Grilli” has a wonderful, in-ground swimming pool (size 13x6m, deep: 1.60m) with magnificent views. Next to the pool, there are an external shower, a dressing room, deckchairs, chairs, tables, sun-umbrellas.
Within the garden guests will also have available a wooden gazebo with a table, chairs and barbeque for “al fresco” dining.

“Colle dei Grilli” is an independent mansion, the owners live nearby. They will respect to the full your privacy and will be available to help you in case that you need any assistance.
The interiors of the property consists of: ground floor, spacious living-dining room with wicker sofa and chairs, 1 double bed settee, TV, video, radio, big central fire-place, kitchen made of stones with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, exit onto the garden. Within a staircase access to the swimming pool. 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, wooden stairs to the 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms - in one there is 1 single bed settee, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, sink. The furnishings are well cared and in country style with terracotta tiled floors on the ground floor and wooden tiled floors on the 1st floor. Besides, there are beamed ceilings and some wooden walls.
