Perfect Getaway

Tropic Isles 602 was absolutely perfect! Great location and excellent hospitality from Jo! Loved being right on the beach and had excellent views—saw dolphins from the balcony a couple mornings! Can’t say enough great things about our stay!

Lovin’ the view!

And everything else about this condo. Perfect size for us, great, beach decor, and the ability to park the car and walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was quick and they were very kind. A wonderful get-away!

RELAXING GETAWAY.

Very clean and beautifully updated condo right on the beachfront in a great location. Well equipped kitchen, and comfy chairs to take to the beach!! The owners couldn't have been more hospitable. WE'LL BE BACK!!!

This beautiful oceanfront condo did not disappoint! The condo is beautifully updated and welcoming. Short distance to many locations. The owners are awesome and made sure everything was going well and if we had any questions. Definitely recommend and we are looking to go back when it's a little warmer!

Perfect Place

Condo was very Nice and Clean. Wonderful views from the Balcony. Loved the Patio Furniture very comfortable to sit and watch everything. Condo location is walking distance to Bahama Bob's, Hangout, and other restaurants. Property Manager was easy to get in touch with on any questions or information you needed.

The property was just perfect!!!!

The property was just as it was described. It was perfect, clean and just the right amount of space for my husband and I. The furniture was comfortable and the owners went out of their way to make sure everything was going well. It was just amazing. I really did not want to leave.

This condo has everything you need , view, location,well appointed, did I say view? The owners are super nice and so sweet to send wishes of safe travels! I can’t remember any owners ever doing that in the six years we have stayed in gulf shores.This condo is close to several nice restaurants easy walking distance, and local shopping. Give it a try you will love it!

Awesome 1st time in Gulf Shores, Al

Tropical Isles is perfect location! The condo was so nicely decorated. Had everything we needed for our stay. Walmart was so close for whatever we needed for the week. The beach view from the balcony was beautiful. We have never done a condo vacation and it was wonderful experience!! Jo was soo NICE!! Lots of good places to eat for dinner. We had breakfast and lunch at the condo. We hope to come back again and maybe bring our family. We give Jo a 10 plus stars.

Wonderful Stay in Gulf Shores

The Tropic Isles Condo, owned by Jo and Don, was a beautiful and comfortable home away from home. The condo was well maintained, very clean, adequately stocked with supplies, and was located within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. One of our favorite spots was sitting on the balcony soaking in the warm sun, watching the waves roll onto the beach and seeing the dolphins swim by. Jo was a very attentive host, checking in periodically, ensuring our stay was comfortable and offering suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. We hope to have a return visit to this location which really says it all. We loved our trip to Gulf Shores which is directly related to our clean and comfortable accommodations.

Gulf Shores Retreat

I truly loved this condo on the beach in Gulf Shores. It is literally feet away from the water where you can hear rolling waves splashing and beautiful sunsets. As important, the condo is immaculate with new updated furnishings and TVs on a dish system. There is an in-ground heated swimming pool for outdoor fun. The owners (Don & Jo) are the best hosts. They graciously provided insight for things to do and places to eat. I am definitely going to stay here again and the next time for two weeks. Brian Rowe (Chicago)

Piece of Paradise

Upon arrival we knew when we entered the condo that we were in store for a great vacation. The view from our accommodations was perfect. The condo itself is wonderfully designed and decorated. Couldn’t ask for a more ideal place to stay. We were close to a lot of eating places and night spots and we enjoyed all. Spent most of our time on the beach enjoying the gulf breeze and beautiful water. Used the outdoor grills three nights of our stay. They were cleaned daily for use. Moving carts were a nice surprise. Everyone we met was very kind and enjoyed the easy communication between ourselves and the condo owners. Thanks for sharing this with us and others. Hope we do a return trip sooner than later. P.S. Thank you for the covered parking. Very nice.

Great Vacation!

There is not enough space to write all we would like to write about this property. First - the owners are amazing people! We had a few hiccups with some renovations but Jo was with us every step of the way to make this a perfect vacation. The ease of getting into the condo is perfect! No messing with lock boxes or meeting people for a key! THE VIEW - oh my goodness it is beautiful. Having coffee on the balcony was the perfect way to start our day, followed by a walk on the beach. There are so many options for food and shopping within walking distance its a perfect location. If you want to cook, the kitchen has everything you need to make a nice breakfast or any other meal. Then there are grills by the pool too. Thanks to Jo and Don for sharing their getaway. I can tell you that we will be back

Beautiful beach, low crowds, some sun days and some cloudy days but never a bad day on the beach. The condo and owners were great! We have been renting condos for years and this was tho first one we felt like we were staying with friends! Thank you again!

Couldn't be better!

We did not think #602 Tropic Isles could get any better after our previous stay two years ago. Now we realize that Jo & Don must spend lots of time considering improvements & then executing their plans! Think a few steps above perfect and you'll be close. The complex itself has been totally restored since the hurricane - NO workmen on the roof or hanging off the side of this building. The new patio doors & railings are especially impressive. We hope #602 will be part of our winter getaway for years to come.

We have enjoyed coming to Gulf Shores, AL for many years. We are empty nesters but enjoy spending time with our family, especially our two new grandbabies. We hope you will enjoy "West Beach Hangout" and make many family memories.

Why choose this house?
Location, Location, Location - Walk to local restaurants and festivals (Hangout Festival, Shrimp Festival, Volleyball Tournament, etc). In the heart of Gulf Shores.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

New Construction, Great Location, Private Pool with Sun Deck and bubblers (great for little ones), and Walkable to many restaurants, festivals, and shopping.

The house is a new construction, a labor of love with coastal decor and amenties that was diy from the owners. For example: Daybed (twin) in the outdoor entertaining area was constructed out of an old family house door, great for lounging while watching football or reading a book. Stairs project, painted individual strips of wood to add color to the stairs as you are walking up, using left over paint. Painting over bed (3rd bedroom - Beach Vibes) was repurposed from an old painting by owner to match another painting in the room, Pinball machine was a nostalgic addition to bring out the kid in you.
