This property is a quiet and tranquil base from which to explore. The garden and pool are a real highlight which make the quieter (lazier) days comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the villa is perfect for exploring Latchi which has lots of lovely restaurants and bars to enjoy. If you have a car, it is a perfect point from which to head out to destinations further afield.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and were really impressed throughout. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed the lovely pool, the beautifully maintained garden with its colourful flowers, and the outdoor BBQ area. The Apple TV connection was a great addition too.The location was excellent, walking distance to everything Latchi has to offer, including great restaurants, boat hire, and quad bike rentals, while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. It provided a much quieter and more authentic atmosphere than the larger tourist resorts. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We would be happy to come back

Very nice house with a very well-equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and as in the pictures. Beautiful garden with plenty of loungers and a great pool. We immediately felt at home and really enjoyed the whole 2 weeks. Restaurants and small shops are within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out were problem-free. We would be happy to come back.

The villa was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed. The gardens are beautiful, very private and are well maintained, as is the pool. Our host, Marina, was very helpful and met us on arrival ensuring we knew everything about the villa and then kept in contact with us over the holiday with details of a mid break-clean, when the pool maintenance and gardening would be done etc. The outdoor living area is spacious and also very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to the many excellent seafront restaurants and the beach. We spent a peaceful and relaxed couple of weeks at Latchi Aria Villa and would love to return in the future.

The pool area and garden area are beautiful, spotlessly clean inside and out, fresh smelling bedding, lots of kitchen stuff, lots of hot water, lovely house, the location is very peaceful, 15min walk to harbour, the villa's each side our empty and a little overgrown, but we never felt safe, the villa has plenty of security locks etc, there was a couple of general maintenance issues, there was a safe that wasn't attached to anything, a few light bulbs need replacing and the pool needs a little TLC the owner is a lovely Woman and is rightly proud of the garden, would stay again for sure
